I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Missing parts to orders, and parts necessary for medicine administration that they are “short on” and can’t give the full amount of, requiring additional trips to the pharmacy. Extremely long wait times- go to pick up prescription that is “ready” and end up waiting for over 40 minutes on more than one occasion. No way to get ahold of someone on the phone, must always leave a voicemail for a call back. Rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly staff- went in for a missing piece to an order and was told I would have to “come back later” because everyone was leaving on their lunch break. A pharmacy should not have the entire staff on lunch at the same time. It is a service being provided, therefore breaks should be staggered so there is always someone there to assist a customer when the customer needs the help, not the other way around. Two medications were forgotten with my last order and were reshelved, had to jump through several hoops with that. If I could give zero stars I would, and will be transferring to a different pharmacy. Don’t bother with this place thinking it’s convenient because you can do a target run/med run in a reasonable amount of time. Heaven forbid you are greeted with a smile and treated kindly.

I have been treated well by the pharmacists at Ridgedale Target CVS. Almost all of the staff members have been helpful and polite. The long lines are frustrating, but otherwise I have no complaints.

I'm switching locations. I'm not sure if this is a CVS thing or just this location but the customer service is awful. I've yet to have a friendly person assist me and they never acknowledge you; I've stood there waiting for assistance, have been seen and the associates act like, how dare I interrupt them. If they were fast, I'd tolerate it a bit more. I feel like an annoyance. There are other pharmacies and I'd much rather give my business to one that appreciates my choice to come purchase from them.

this is a good pharmacy! the staff are knowledgeable and well trained. i think the reason some people don’t have good experiences is because there is often a line and the staff is probably trying to keep things moving. so they’re not rude per se, but maybe come across that way.
the location is in a high traffic area so expect a wait and a line. if you have shopping to do you can knock that out if you’re waiting for a prescription to fill.
this place is better than many of the reviews give it credit for. the reality is, much like the dmv, people typically don’t look forward to visiting the pharmacy. they’re doing their best and we should be grateful for their expertise and service to keeping us healthy and alive!

This place continues to be a disaster. Long waits, surly unhelpful service, lack of OTC product inventory/stockouts. CVS should either pull out, shut it down, or staff it properly with trained, customer-centric people. It’s a disaster as it is now.

i get the text for meds to pickup on monday morning . then later evening it's says i have 2 days left then tuesday it's a last day . i got confused . i went there and said m there to pickup then she said they have to refill again cause its been 2 weeks . staff are mixed some are nice some of are not . its more problem when you have poor language. one lady is really rude .

I really appreciate the pharmacist. Walked me through my meds and worked with us on alternative options and how to navigate the medical system. Specifically if we should go to an urgent care vs minute clinic vs GP... Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful

I generally use this pharmacy, but the most recent visit may make me reconsider. I tried calling 2 times to see if my prescription was ready. It's a new one, so I was unable to use the app or website. I was put on hold by the automated system for 25 minutes at which point i gave up and called back, thinking maybe I got the wrong selection in the phone tree. 30 mins later on hold still nothing. I went to the pharmacy, and mentioned that i had been on hold and was told "well we're really busy." I looked around and I was the only one in line and there were 4 people working there. I get that perhaps they have lots getting called in and maybe that makes them busy. The problem is none of the phones were ringing! They clearly have them shut off so they can work. Bad form either way...
