First time here. Got a super cute plaid shirt. It is a little "boutique-ey" but if thats your thing this store has a good selection. They also carry a small table of Ivory Ella brand *the place that donates proceeds to saving elephants, they have super cute stuff, tie die shirts and cute logo shirts and sweatshirts etc

Cute store work some unique clothing. I would suggest not hanging up sweaters that easy very stretched or snagged as the ones in was interested in all were damaged. Sales staff were helpful workout being annoying. Fun place for gifts as the prices were reasonable.

Was sold pair of boots went on vacation had 3 blisters on right foot but other foot was fine. Turned boots over Dry Goods had sold me in my box of Size 8 boots One Sz 8 right ft was sized 7 1/2. I called the Ridgedale Mall MN store spoke w/Maddie she first didn't offer help just stated she was sorry felt bad stated store assoc job is to chk the boots when purchased stated this was their fault. She just said return them. I stated I liked them but wanted pair of same size both size 8 not mismatched sizes. She did chk inventory said Southdale had a pr would I like the number to call them. I stated would like her to call & chk for me as I was on vacation when this was discovered. She did comply but when I asked for 20 percent discount for the mishap she stated we don't do that. Then I called spoke to Mgr Maria asked for discount which was $12 boots were $60 she said oh we don't do anything like that for our customers. First time shopping here & my last had to drive 20 miles for their mistake my time gas they could have cared less. Another note for other shoppers be careful all the boots are not real leather but they charge price of real leather. All their boots are fake leather cute but double the price they should be. If you want any sort of even avg cust svc don't shop here.

Store associate accidentally left one item out of our purchase bag. When I called, Cassie was extremely apologetic and demonstrated genuine concern about the mistake. She had it mailed to our home the next day. Will definitely shop here again. Accidents happen, but this store went above and beyond to remedy it.
