This is a great store! Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist you unlike the other Evereve I was at a few days ago where I was never acknowledged. I’ll be shopping here from now on.

I had my first negative experience with Evereve today. I attempted to return some jeans at the Ridgedale location after being on medical leave following an unexpected emergency surgery in December. I had some bought jeans mid-November, kept 1 pair and intended to return the other 2. I had put them in my car to be returned a few days before I was hospitalized on December 6th. Because of the excellent service I had received in the past, I was hoping Evereve would be able to grant an exception for their 30 day return policy due to this unexpected medical condition that required 1 week of hospitalization and 6 weeks of medical leave. I was not physically able to drive until earlier this week and had been looking forward to going to the store again. I explained what had happened to the sales person who listened but stated the items couldn’t be returned and held firm to this. I fully understand the customer she was doing her job byupholding company policy, but it may be time for Evereve reconsider how policies like this can cause the loss of loyal customers, especially with those dealing with very hard, very real life threatening situations. I’m now very disappointed in Evereve as a company in their ability to handle situations like this and can only hope they will re-evaluate their customer service policies soon.

This is me giving Evereve another try. I just left your store around 12:40pm and an elderly woman who works there was “helping me.” I had clothes in my hand and she comes up to me and goes I can start you a fitting room. I told her I wasn’t ready. She told me I was dragging the clothes on the floor. What kind of customer service do you guys have at your stores? I literally had to call her out on her bull in front of all your customers and she still told me “you can be right.” I am right lady. You don’t talk to your customers like that. You don’t berate them and talk down to them because they are not blonde and white. I literally spent hundreds of dollars in your store last time I was at MOA and I get treated like a piece of garbage every time. I think I’m done.
