Express suffers from the same problem other American clothing retails do. The quality is low in comparison to the price consumer pay. The root of this issue is corporate greed.
It doesn’t make sense a suit jacket that costs over $300 does not even last two events. The manager refused to help, which is extremely unfortunate given the brand’s desire to be seen as somewhat premium while selling low quality products made in sweatshops.

I returned a defective online order to this location and they ordered a new one to ship to me. The shirt I received ended up being the exact same defective shirt I had returned because someone at the store didn't properly discard the defective item. Now I have to go back to the store to return the shirt AGAIN.

The man on the floor was very nice, but the cashier seemed very dismissive of me while I was buying my items. Apparently I had a $10 dollar gift card tied to my phone number from years ago that I had forgotten or something. The cashier kind of just aggressively asked if I wanted to use it and didn't really explain very well that I had one... Not expecting to have a giftcard, I misunderstood & thought she was asking if I wanted to purchase one, so when I asked what she meant, she just asked again with a very annoyed tone of voice. When she was done cashing me out she just quickly said "thank you, I can help you next!" Dismissing me as quickly as possible. The whole interaction felt very deliberately rude. I'm not normally one to get offended easily, but for what they charge for their clothes, I would expect some standard respect during a purchase. I genuinely regret not walking out during the transaction.

Worst experience of my year so from the store attendant called Norman... Ignored us when asked for help, and when we asked him why, he said he did not have time for this..Horrible.Scale not low enough

I always try to be respectful and patient cause I get it when you work in customer service that it sucks but it isn’t professional nor respectful to show that to customers. I won’t be giving details to identify them but the employees I encountered at this location do not have a good attitude. Their responses make it seem like you’re dumb and a nuisance. They had no problem showing how fed up they are with their job.

The manager at EXPRESS MEN, Norman was very helpful as he worked with me to select shirts for my groomsmen! I wouldn’t have such a well dressed bunch of guys at my wedding if it weren’t for his time and attention to style.Thank you Norman! You’re the man.

This location was jam packed with deals and product. I was impressed with the variety and size options. This location seems to get a lo of foot traffic so brace yourselves for a wait for a dressing room and or checkout lane. Not a bad thing at all, their product seems to have a solid following and holds up, especially with the deals available. Staff were busy so it was minimal interaction with them. They seem to help everyone that asked. I will say they were working really fast so they were trying to multitask as much as they could while handling traffic. I wouldn't mind coming back to see if I have a different experience.

I went in today to pick out clothes for my boyfriend for an event. He's very slender and tall, so we were both anxious to find clothes that would fit him. We asked an employee named Alexis who was exceptional. She knew exactly where to go and what we needed. She was knowledgeable and quick with very good recommendations. I also met the manager named Nick and he was also very kind. An extremely clean and organized store as well. 10/10 recommend.

Went there with a friend who wanted to try-on a suit and was hoping to be asked if we needed help finding anything but nope.We didn’t know they were closing at 7pm since they had the doors open and there was no sign up as to when they opened/closed.It was only 7:15pm when we left the store after he tried on a suit and the woman who was still there, came up and said as we were leaving, “Tried on stuff and didn’t even buy anything. Good riddance…”I’d never shop in a place where an employee would complain straight towards a customer’s face, let alone, TWO customers’ faces about them not buying a thing and giving such attitude when saying that to us.I’ve worked retail and have had terrible days but I have NEVER said that to a customer nor gave them a hard time when it was closing time/past closing time.

This place definitely has a vast selection of clothing for men and women. Located in ridgedale mall, it's a prime retail location. The overall vibe and quality of the selection seemed lacking.
