The store refused an urgent basic/one sided 250pcs print job which would have gained income to the company and keep loyal customers like myself, due to wanting to close early- the excuse was that it takes 5 mins to retrieve the order and more time to set up which would exceed after closing hours. A special Thanks to the company that saved me from the print assignment. I purchased a printer that alone took 5mins or less to a phoenomanal print job. I will definitely not be back. Thanks again to the win win situation.✨

I came in today and the employees working refused to ship my items because the ID I had on me was expired. I showed her a photo of my passport and a photo of my current ID and she still refused. I had a fussy baby with me and I was trying to send my prosthetic legs to my clinician to be fixed. Disabled and with baby and I still couldn’t get service. I understand policy but how about common decency and customer service?

I mostly have used the store for simple package drop offs. Experiences with the staff during these interactions have been… natural. Not the best experience but I was still able to achieve my goal without issue. The store itself is clean and nicely laid out.However, I have printing things a couple of times and this has been a pain each time. Not only is it supper expensive but there have been issues with the printers on every occasion. Blurred printing, paper jams, printer errors, printers running out of toner during printing.Trying to get an employee to help you when there is an issue is a futile effort even when there are several employees in the store who aren’t helping customers.

Was asked for my driver's license in order to send a package. Employee name: Theo, an assistant manager. Said the purpose was to verify that I was the sender. Was pushy. I'll never be back.
