I came in today and the employees working refused to ship my items because the ID I had on me was expired. I showed her a photo of my passport and a photo of my current ID and she still refused. I had a fussy baby with me and I was trying to send my prosthetic legs to my clinician to be fixed. Disabled and with baby and I still couldn’t get service. I understand policy but how about common decency and customer service?

The minnetonka FedEx is the best all others are refusing any printing services while doing nothing. Specially the sait Luis park location.

I mostly have used the store for simple package drop offs. Experiences with the staff during these interactions have been… natural. Not the best experience but I was still able to achieve my goal without issue. The store itself is clean and nicely laid out.However, I have printing things a couple of times and this has been a pain each time. Not only is it supper expensive but there have been issues with the printers on every occasion. Blurred printing, paper jams, printer errors, printers running out of toner during printing.Trying to get an employee to help you when there is an issue is a futile effort even when there are several employees in the store who aren’t helping customers.

I've used this printing location for decades, even when it was Kinko's. I've never been treated with such disrespect and poor management customer service as this experience.I stopped in to order some printing on Thursday July 28/2022. I suspected the person helping me was new. With no other customers in the store and a total of 4 employees present, including the manager, they allowed the new guy to take my order with no supervision. I asked about types of paper and ended up with a 60 lb. I had 3 up on an 8.5 x 11 layout that needed 8 cuts total. I was told the printing would be 20 cents a sheet and 15.00 for the 8 cuts. Ok, I ordered 200 sheets to be printed. I confirmed with the Fedex employee that 20 plus 20 plus 15 would be a total of 55.00 plus tax. He confirmed and said it would be done the next day.I went back to Fedex office the next day, July 29th and that employee was not working but two employees from the previous day were, including the manager. They looked up my order and said "the total is 330 dollars" (maybe 325, I don't have the exact number) I was shocked! I told them I was quoted 55 plus tax. I said "your new employee obviously made a huge mistake and quoted me the wrong price". They did not defend my observation that he was new and that he made a mistake. Rather than giving me the order at that quoted price, the manager started to negotiate different prices to me none of which were even close to the amount I was quoted.Her next move was to count the pieces to a number that would justify in her mind a cost of 55 plus tax. I would end up with 1/6th of what was printed and all the other printed pieces would then be tossed in the garbage. Or maybe she'd give me a "good deal" and give me some extra pieces and toss less in the garbage. Either way at that point I walked out. "Toss them all in the garbage" I said.It outraged me that she would rather throw away the entire, or a majority of the printed order in the trash rather than satisfied a customer for the mistake they made. I would understand if a new employee at a different type of store, quoted me a price on a piece of equipment for example and the store would lose money selling it to me but this was printed paper!As a business owner my whole life and now retired, I saw 2 options for the store manager if I were in her position.1. Honor the quoted price and have a repeat happy customer for years to come or,2. Do what she did.It just didn't make any sense to me. She should not be a manager anywhere.Then to top things off, I called Fedex customer support on July 28th and was told a regional manager would contact me within 48 hours. It is now August 4th and I've heard nothing from Fedex.

I am often in this FedEx twice a week, and I've always had good service. Granted I am probably an atypical customer compared to others - I have corporate pre-paid packages ready to go 99% of the time before I walk in the door - but I've never had issues or seen other people have issues even when there during heavier traffic.My only frustration is that they don't have a power door. There are times I have a cart full of packages and the manual-only door can be inconvenient. Sometimes I'll try to go to the airport or other central locations in those cases so I don't have to try to fight the door while pulling a cart.

Recently went in with a printing project that was not going well. There were two men there, Theo and Tyler. Even tho it was very busy, both could not have been more helpful and patient. They made my day so much easier. Thanks to both of them!

HORRIBLE. I WAS LITERALLY WALKING UP TO THE DOORS WITH A PACKAGE AND THE GUY LOOKS RIGHT AT ME AND LOCKS THE DOORS. I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED THAT ANYWHERE. RUDEST EMPLOYEE EVER!!!. LONG BLACK HAIR. HE SHOULD BE FIRED.

While I agree with most that this store has really gone downhill.....my review is more for a certain employee....Christine. I was in a pinch last Friday and Christine helped me near the end of the day so that I had my project for a Saturday morning event. Thanks Christine!

Very rude staff, UPS down the road has much greater customer service
