The customer service at this location has declined significantly. This used to be our go-to store for business orders, but due to an unprofessional employee, we now take our business to the Ridgedale location. If precision and accuracy matter to you, we recommend choosing a different FedEx Office

Customer service was good however; lack of knowledge of how scanner/printer works might be important when working for a printing business. And price to scan to email is outrageous. .50 per side. Nope. Next!

shipped a package internationally for the first time. 2 people in store no customers no work load. Spelled address wrong and created complications with customs. For a $300 shipment that was expedited I think they can do better. The address was given to Fedex by type in phone. Misspelled the city and the region. This caused additional fees. When shipping in the future I will avoid this location as the lackadaisical attitude cost the customer more money.

This is my go to FedEx go to for prints and shipping. Nate and the team here are incredibly professional & helpful. I’ll go slightly out of my way any time when I need print completed to expectations just because of the team here & how happy I am with the projects I have printed here.

Kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Clean store. Quick to get items packaged and ready to ship. Answers the phone and any questions you have for them. Usually had available parking out front. Even handicap.

Nathan H. was working by himself multitasking with projects and customers, yet still managed to help me out in a timely manner. Place was very clean, organized, and plenty of parking as well. Thanks for being awesome Nathan! ?

Ethan was so helpful in printing my label off an e-mail I received. The box came from Fed ex badly packaged and he said no worries he would tape it! Excellent service!

I just needed to print 1 piece of paper that literally only takes 2 seconds and the guy who came after me was helped first. I waited for 20 minutes! So rude!
