I placed an order for in store pick up because I didn’t care to pay for shipping on a 15 dollar cardigan or to reach the 80 dollar minimum for free shipping. I went in to pick up my order on Thursday 8/28 around 4 pm. I walked into the store and was the only one in there. There were two young ladies behind the counter sitting down on their phones. I looked around for a bit waiting to be acknowledged when I realized that wasn’t going to happen I walked up to them and said “hi I’m here to pick up my online order” only then did they look up from their phones. Maybe next time I’ll just pay for shipping.

Me and my friend came in around 5pm on a Tuesday looking last minute for a graduation dress. The lady helping us was so kind, giving us suggestions to find what we liked, and helped us in our selection, finally I found a dress that fit me beautifully only to find that it had a 3in hole on the side. The lady working instantly offered to sew it up for free and gave the dress to me half off for the inconvenience. I have never had a better experience in retail, all their workers are just as lovely as their clothes. I couldn’t have felt more confident on my graduation day with the dress I wore.

Went in at 5pm on a Monday when they are open until 7pm and they were closed with lights off and no sign. Very frustrating to drive all the way to the mall just for this store to find them closed.

Came in on Monday evening around 5pm on December 28th, 2020. There was only one gal working and she didn’t care to greet or perform any type of customer service. Really disappointing because it was only us and one other customer. Came in looking to purchase a few outfits but ended up walking out due to the poor work ethic of the sales associate.

Owned by Francesca Sinatra. Yes he's still around, but he's no longer a he. This is a sleepy little location of Francesca's located at the sleepy little mall to the west of Minneapolis out in the suburbs close to the YMCA that I often use. The mall is Ridgedale. It's a good location if you want some privacy and plenty of stock because they don't have a massive amount of customers. Neither does the whole mall. It's definitely kind of a boutique on the higher end of the expense and class scale, with kind of expensive stuff that's like Bohemian and Artisan clothing - so definitely nothing that Barbie would be interested in, but we still respect the shop, and the people working here really friendly.
