Super rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff!!! they created a huge seen for a simple return/exchange request and officially threw us out of the store and asked us not to come back as they have enough happy customers that they don't care if we purchase from them or not! (She officially said that). long story short, The store manager didn't return or exchange an item with defect (a hole on the cloth that we didn't see at the time of purchase) because it was a final sales! she didn't even know the GAP's policy that faulty items could be returned or exchanged even if it was final sales (as per their customer care phone line advised).

Great space and with great lighting. You're able to see the store across the main concourse. This location has all basis covered (Men, Women, Teen, Babies) Well organized! Staff were friendly and willing to help and even call other stores to check for an item. Staff were also fulfilling tasks but able to multitask and help customers, made us feel like a priority. Multiple points of sale so you can get in and out in a short amount of time. The last couple of times I've been here, they've had a sale going, you'll be able to snag something that's worth your money. I enjoyed my visit and will be back to shop more.

This location is the sweet spot between the full-size location at Mall of America and the smaller location at Southdale. I have found great deals on jeans here, and usually no wait to check out.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! I was looking for a pair of sparkly grey leggings for my niece and they found them for me. After they made a whole outfit to go with the leggings!

My family and I came in and were helped by a woman named Christine. She was very helpful and it was nice to have some one who knew the store. All the Employees there were very knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean, organized and we were very satisfied with our service.

??❤️ Love Gap! Picked up black ? pants and a red white & blue hoodie. Discounts there on dress shirts for church, weekend restaurant expeditions & for picking orders - just what the doctor ordered! feeling glad that Gap remains a thing.

I have been in this gap several times and have never been looked at or greeted. Call me old fashioned, but a hello would be nice. Staff seem to enjoy chatting more with eachother than offering to help you in any way. Can someone help me find my size in these jeans or should I just dig through the eight piles on my own?

I was in a few days ago on a weekday afternoon and had a very poor customer service experience. When I had come in there were about 4 sales associates on the floor and not one said anything or greeted me until I started looking for a changing room. The one gentleman towards the back was helpful and nice, but the other associates acted as if they couldn’t see a customer in the store. Again only one associate checked in on me when I was trying on items and, as I exited the dressing room the associates acted oblivious to someone in the store. I rarely feel the need to write a review, but I just felt so icky have all of the employees just be so uninterested in doing their job that I am choosing to write this one. First time really in a gap store; maybe it’s just that location, but I’m definitely not super excited to go back.
