some really ridiculous pricing for goodwill

Make sure the crappy price tags don’t fall off when you’re walking around, because they will waste your time with price checking and come back with a higher price than the original.

GREEEEEDY. It’s unethical business practices and based off my market research from a marketing perspective this will indeed be bad for business. Good luck goodwill; watch how you lose customer loyalty with the horrible brand image.

I can’t believe that this is supposed to be a Goodwill that helps people in this time and need when their sweaters are 10.99 and I just came from Marshalls across the highway and their clearance sweaters which have never been worn are down from $28 to 9.99, it really comes down to greed, pictures. There were 12 x 12“ were 8.99, What a bunch of crap. Shame on them. Well, never step foot in that store again

Went yesterday to pick up a couple of things for my kids and the checkout clerk took it upon himself to round up and donate to Goodwills cause. I was not asked and the total I was charged was different than my actual total, with a separate line item for the “donation.” Yikes. I realize it isn’t much money but it’s the principle of it - it is stealing. Would not recommend.

Sometimes it seems to me that this is not a charity shop at all. Some items on sale are cheaper than NEW at TJ Maxx, or similar. In this store, not new items can cost many times more

Donation Attendant literally screamed at us and offered zero assistance or help when we pulled in. Won’t be coming back.

This store could teach its employees a bit about customer service. I brought up a CD set under the assumption it was $1.49 as that's what the sign in the area says. I get told by the older cashier (who had no name tag on) that it's $4.99. No price sign or anything to inform me about this. She was pretty rude about it especially when I pointed out the facts of the situation. So on principle alone I walked out without making a purchase.

Terrible drop-off experience. We were the 8th car when we entered their drive-through drop-off, and it took us about 30 minutes to wait in line just to drop-off a bag of clothes. The staff took their time sorting through bags from previous cars on the spot. The wait is totally unnecessary in my opinion.
