Just waited an hour to donate two bags or clothing, because the workers would also sort out donations as they came in!!! ridiculous

You guys will literally sell a donated item for either the SAME price or like a dollar less than retail. With the original price tag on it. And then ask if I want to round up at the register. No. I’ve seen candles that have maybe 1/4th left of the wax be sold for more than they were originally sold in stores. Please stop. You’re a thrift store, and apparently trying to “help” the community.

Why spend retail on name brand clothing when goodwill has it all at WAY WAY discounted prices! Then again, I hate to say this but smart has been short supply in society as of recent. That is a shame. So do something smart for a change and shop smart. Your kids will appreciate the quality clothes vs. cheap target/kmart brand garbage. Plus quality clothing actually lasts longer, is better made, and your kids most likely wont get picked on, oh and your kids wont know you bought the name brand clothes at a discounted price.... Sounds like a very smart moce if you ask me.... Going to add something to this review. On My visit there today was a rudely stalked by one of the employees obviously thinking Iwas there to steal stuff. This guy was extremely creepy about it staying within 3 to 5 ft of me not doing any kind of work whatsoever other than sliding too things I decide near my location eyeballing me every time I look up. I was so appalled that I walked out without buying anything. I'm changing this from five star to two star

Great selection but I was pretty in shock when I came to shop on a Wednesday where Healthcare workers receive a discount and as I waited in line the lady in front of me told the cashier she was a Healthcare worker and got the discount immediately. So when it was my turn I did the same but the cashier said I needed to show her some proof witch I didn't have my name badge with me so I got denied....I totally understand if those are the rules but Holy cow. The lady was a very nice older lady but I was in shock how that worked. Wow..

Disgusting mentality here. You are charging $59.99???? fo dirty, used boots that are covered in pet hair...because they are, "high end"? Hellow delusional employees and admin, YOU GOT THEM FOR FREE. What vile behavior. People come here because they cannot afford retail. People donate in order to give back to others in need, and you are taking advantage in the process. Gross. Reexamine your souls and find out why they are filled with greed and arrogance.

We found a few furniture pieces we like and had just gotten done donating some other nice items get to the check out and about to pay and I can't find the coupon for 25% which would have saved us $25 on $100 purchase and it was the actual manager of this Minnetonka Goodwill that said well I'm sorry I can't help you and we had just got done donating a few hundred dollars worth of beautiful items we are told she had to follow the rules sorry and as we were in a hurry and I couldn't stand there and explain to her what was going on we paid the full price and left only to find the coupon from the donation drive-thru just 5 minutes afterwards. it just goes to show where these managers are at inside of a supposedly Good Samaritan store like Goodwill they have to win like that in life to get over on people and she had the gall to even ask us if we wanted to round up so Goodwill could donate that money to people in need . double standards and absolutely calling out the general manager and the manager that was on duty today at the Goodwill this morning. just remember the white office chair in the white corner desk and the trash basket the stainless steel one those people. . What's the fallacy called when one makes and changes rules for others yet adheres to none of them ever what's that fallacy called any takers?

I have gone to SO many goodwill with coupons that go up to $100, this is the only location that scans your coupon once you hit before $100. Sometimes even before in case an item will go over.

The racks aren’t over crowded like other goodwill’s and they have pretty good selection. No fitting rooms though and they don’t refund, only exchange.

Want to love goodwill but the prices are insane. They took out the dressing rooms and don't let you make returns. They changed over 2 dollars for each part of children's Pj's. The top and bottom can be hung together but they will change your for each piece. So the top is 2.99$ and the bottoms are 2.99$. I can get new clothes for cheaper. The used shoes started at 6.99$, and that was for kids stuff. Come on GoodwillMN you are charging crazy amount for stuff that was donated to you. Can you be any more money grubby. No used clothing item should ever be more than 5.99$. What are people who barely can afford to live get clothes..

Lots to shop for, clothes/shoes to tools and outdoor items. Also have Electronics and Jewelry. Friendly Staff, Good prices for the most part. Some Items can get on the spendy side, but mostly, compairalble to other similar store's. Shelve's and Isle's are pretty well kept in order and organized. Store seemed fairly clean, considering the amount of daily traffic of customer's shopping. Nice job staff. Will be back to shop soon?

The workers were all wonderful — 6 out of 5 stars!!But the PRICES. Whoever prices the goods in the back room is a greedy money grubber! Maybe I can’t swallow that thrift stores aren’t what they used to be :(For a non-profit, this Goodwill chose making a hefty profit over offering reasonably priced goods to their community. I frequently came across items priced higher than full retail ! If you’re looking for decent deals, steer clear.(Go to Salvation Army— better mission and actual deals to be had)!

The only thing that really kinda sucks is there is no dressing rooms !!! But they give you 14 days to return something. Thinking you just get a store credit.

This is my favorite goodwill location in the Twin cities metro. I have found some of my best thrift finds here. 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for cheap bookshelves and found lots of options furniture wise, and for great prices (think 12 dollars for an ordinarily 50+ dollar book shelf). It looked like they had lots of stuff cloth-wise as well, though I only glanced at the sections. Staff were super nice and friendly!
