Their new return policy is absolutely awful. If you don't have a receipt, you're SOL. Apparently their technology is stuck in the '90s, because they can't do a credit card lookup to see your purchases. There are too many other places to shop to put up with poor customer service like this. I'm never coming back here and I suggest you go elsewhere also. Otherwise you're going to be stuck with clothes you don't want👎🏾

Impossible to find anything in the “toddler” area. It’s all mixed in with the babies. Whenever you think you’ve found something in toddlers, it ends up having diaper snaps, not toddler at all. A hot mess

I bought several basic t-shirts there. After I got home and took the tags off I noticed one had a hole in it. I hadn't even worn it. They wouldn't let me return it because I laundered it despite it clearly being a manufacturer defect.
That's fair, but I don't recommend shopping at a place that sells clothing with holes. Or at least triple check everything you buy.

Would not go to this location again, probably any location after my last experience. I washed a brand new H&M shirt according to the directions before a job interview. It came out with weird spots, I still had the tags and receipt. Cashier said I could only get store credit, I grabbed a few things to try, dressing rooms "closed for safety reasons".. The "store credit" was only partial.. so I ended up with something that doesn't fit & stuck with it now. Who's managing these teenagers?

Genuinely curious what the point of being a clothing store is if your fitting rooms are NEVER open. All the employees do is sit on their phones all day so I guess they’re too busy to operate them ??♀️

This store was very messy/unkempt. I'm sure they are low in staff like everyone else! Still had a great selection of styles and sizes! Just had to do some digging to find it ?

The worst store in Ridgedale, MN. Manager was awful and very rude, such an arrogance when asking a simple question about fitting rooms what by the way closes an hour before the store closing. Sales people are so disrespectful that I would not recommend anyone to set a foot in this store. Shame that this customer service still exists in USA.

We were there an hour and a half before close waiting to get into cheesecake factory for dinner. 45 minutes before they closed we asked to try on some clothes and they said they close their Tryon room an hour before the store closes. What?Me and my two girlfriends had our arms full of clothes and certainly weren't planning on buying anything without trying them on. What a stupid rule! you just threw away a lot of business. My girlfriend's and I have plenty of money to buy your clothing. Why would you do something as d*** as that? Especially when retail stores are struggling. Super disappointing.

This location is pretty big, clean, and well kept. The kids section in this establishment is huge, they dedicated a lot of space to the kids. accessories were all over the place, it was a bit of a mess. Didn't see much staff on the sales floor, more behind the cash register. Multiple places to enter into this location which tells you how big this place is. You can find your standard quick grabs that H&M is known for. The interaction I did have with staff, it was pleasant. I'll be back!

this store opens and closes whenever it pleases so good luck planning your visits. fitting rooms still closed despite the pandemic long over, probably to cut payroll and responsibilities because management is too lazy to do their job and hire competent talent to run the business
