Some staff helped me find what I was looking for, they were nice. My issue was at the checkout lane. They took a long time helping one customer, and at one point there were 3 employees up there talking, and no one took over a register to help to line move. Just poor management from the front end, it was frustrating.

Not helpful at all. Hobby lobby is a huge store. I think we all can agree. Having to walk around the store for 30 min to find an item or employee isn't welcoming. Once finding an employee and asking where would the stickers be located. She pointed to an area in this huge store as to where it can be. Once I asked questions confirming where she was telling me to go, she said she actually doesn't know because she never sold one. Instead of asking another associate or attempting to walk that way towards me. Wasted half hour in store with NO HELP. Will spend my money at Michael's before here . Good luck

I don’t have any reason to give less than 5. Staff is very helpful and has good number of items and items quality is good. I went to buy items for birthday party and found almost all items. Variety of items available with low prices. Why can’t you try when you need party stuff. Good place as well.
