Why is the older lady with the dyed dark brown hair consistently so terribly unpleasant? It is obvious that she dreads interacting with people. I will be switching to the Galleria location in order to avoid the Ridgedale location and this particular employee’s serious lack of quality customer service.

I visited JJill recently and embarrassed myself. Before I left home I grabbed a tank top to return that I had purchased recently, and I had my receipt. The sales woman gently noted that I had the wrong top for the receipt I brought along. She looked at my online sales history. That top although unworn, was a year old! At first I didn't believe her. Then the realization hit me. She was right. I'd grabbed the wrong one. To be honest, I had sorta stressed to her she was incorrect before I realized my mistake.This woman was so kind to me! She alowed me to return this top anyway! Then helped me find a duster in a size I didn't know I needed. It did fit perfectly. I love my purchases and I'm grateful for the patient help.For clean lines and sleek cuts that flatter and look youthful. You can't beat JJill. The service is excellent too. (Red face.)

They have very nice clothing. Fits well. A little in the higher end but you pay for what you get! They do offer several sales.

I like J.Jill, and I often have 'luck' there, but the assistance I received today at the Ridgedale location elevated my experience to a new, more fantastic level! All of my purchases were suggested by the expert staff - they know their stock and have a practiced eye to help with fit and style. Thank you, I'll be back!

Owned by Jill The Ripper (yes, Jack was a girl, how could you not have seen that coming. So to speak). Located at the sleepy little Mall out in the west suburbs of Minneapolis - the Ridgedale - you will find this high price women's Boutique where almost nobody is ever inside - but that could be said about the whole Mall really - at least all the times that we've been here. It's a little on the expensive side to say the least but if you find stuff you like or if you're making a day of it at the whole Mall, it's worth the trip.

Sandy was an absolute Joy! Never been to your store and was shopping for my mother and grandmother and she showed me everything I asked for and her knowledge on fabrics was on point. I will be coming here more often thanks to Sandy!

Returned an item and sales staff were great in providing suggestions for an alternative item. Ended up buying smaller size in same article of clothing; which resolved issue....and made me feel great in the bargain too!' Who doesn't like to hear that you bought something that was too big!!😊

I had the unpleasant experience of returning some items I purchased online yesterday at the Minnetonka JJill at the Ridgedale Mall. The sales lady was clearly annoyed by having to process a return for me. She saw my address and started snarling at me that I should have gone to the MOA location to do my return because it was closer to my home. When I didn't agree she then said I should of returned the items at the Galleria location instead of her store. I informed her that I work by the Minnetonka store. Outrageous- she had me justifying to her why I was making a return at her store which is none of her business! Then came the high pressure sales tactics. She wanted me to exchange the items and/or look through the store for other clothing to purchase. None of this would have mattered if she has been even semi-polite. She was rude as hell and her intrusiveness was unwarranted and unwelcome. It is not my problem she works there on commission and my return negatively effects her. I couldn't wait to get out of the store! She needs to just do her job without the petulant attitude. I would never go back to that store. I'm convinced that you are buying a lot clothes she will just have a temper tantrum.
