Just made my call for a move out service with KO, my customer rep Hazel M was very polite and fast with helping get to were I needed to be. Would highly recommend Ko’s Storage unites just on her customer service she provided alone.

While I haven't moved in yet as of today, I do plan to move in on Saturday, 29 March 2025. Bridgette was helpful in explaining my options, which I appreciated. This will be a short term rental but it gives me confidence that my motorcycle will be safe and dry while staying in Harrison, AR.

I ordered online and got a deal by doing that. The instructions were easy, unit was well lit and clean. Someone even called to make sure everything went well. Great experience with them!
