Almost toy overload. A bit crowded but good finds within the madness. Staff are friendly. Demos everywhere. The wow factor for kids is prevalent. A true toy store, hard not to walk out with anything. Its a must stop for me.

I bring my son here to just play with all of the toys. Every now and then, I buy stuff too. All of the employees are super chill. I try to pick up after my son, but can't get everything. They don't seem to mind. Great selection of toys for all ages.

The selection of toys are fun and unique. However, the customer service was poor. First, I understand how hard it is to work in retail during the pandemic. But the store opened late and my almost 2-year old son was standing at the door and while I moved him out of the way so she could open the doors, the sales associate made a comment about his behavior. Then when I paid for my items, not only was I not given a receipt, she shorted me on the change. It was just disappointing that someone working in a toy store at a mall would not allow some grace for a 2-year old’s behavior and not act professionally.

Seriously terrible service. They waited 10 days to ship my order, and never would have shipped it, had I not started complaining about it. I guess they just forgot about it. My order took 21 days to arrive, and it turned out that my order wasn't even correct. Obviously at that point there was no way to correct it before Christmas.
