Mike S is the MAN!!! Hard to find positive and happy retail employees. He greeted me and everyone that walked in promptly. Was very friendly and courtesy. Did an excellent job on my custom embroidered cap!!!! Give this guy a raise!!!!

We needed a patch embroidered on a hat for our son in the Army. Jarvis did a great job and was more than helpful getting it taken care of. Great customer service and we are very happy with the results!

We visited Lids at Ridgedale center and had an awesome experience! Joi helped us find the perfect hat for our son and personalized it beautifully with custom embroidery! The customer service Joi provided was exceptional!

Needed to get some custom hats made in a pinch and I was fortunate to be dealing with Joi. From initial phone call, to coming into the store and her designing the vision for the hats, to the follow-up and quick completion of the process...Joi was dialed in. Yesterday we drove an hour to get there, it was closed during the middle of the day for am hour. Came back today, same thing...closed for an hour in the middle of the day. WTH??

I will never go back. They charged us 4 times. She said she didn't know what happened but come back tmrw and the manager will fix it. Never gave us the cap. Went back the next day and the "manager " told us she's new and didn't know what she was doing... now we have to deal with our bank to get our money back!!!

Wife and I were enjoying our afternoon at the mall, stopped at lids and saw that they offer embroidery. Asked a guy to do embroidery on my hat for my business left my card with him and prepaid my purchase. This is how it came out. Didn’t want to hassle him about it since he had a slight attitude from the get go. Lost 57$ and hat is ruined. Going to a professional guy next time.DO NOT HAVE THEM DO EMBROIDERY ON YOUR ITEMS THEY SUCK.
