My son, unfortunately, misplaced a Macy's gift card that was given to him for his birthday. As a last ditch effort, I printed the credit card transaction and headed in to see if they could help us. Priscilla was so kind and so sweet to us! Having to use three different computers to search for the transaction and find the ever important previous GC card number. Tucker was also brought in to ensure the process was successful. He was also so patient and kind to us! They were able to transfer from the lost card to a new one and my son was able to use the card that day. I cannot recall better customer service in the past decade. Thank you Priscilla & Tucker!

The customer service in the perfume section was absolutely awful. One lady in particular named Nahili was super passive aggressive and kept breathing down my neck to buy something. Later found out by another worker that they earn commission and that’s why they do that. This made me feel super uncomfortable so I just left.

It's so much to write, the ladies at the perfume y'all need to do better. I'm so tired of walking into these stores and all I'm hearing is complaining about work or your focus is just strictly about your job and the setup that you guys avoid helping customers. They only started becoming helpful when one lady started helping me and it wasn't helpful. Stop pushing the perfumes that people don't like on them. The guy that works at shoes he seemed arrogant and that he was too good to even speak to me
This is one of the crappiest services I've received in a very long time and it was my first time there My impression is that they are better than you and they will definitely let you know in an extremely subtle way

This last-minute purchase was poppin!!
It was for my 65th birthday celebration. I had another outfit that looked matronly, but this turned heads!! And it was discounted! Thanks Macy's 💜

Unsafe store, creepy staff. I was followed around very closely by a creepy man with goatee and glasses the moment I set foot in the store. I didn’t even feel comfortable going into the dressing room because he was always within a few feet of me and it was late and the store was mostly empty and quiet. I have to go back to return clothes now because I didn’t feel safe undressing in the changing room knowing this creepy man was probably going to be following me into there. I called mall security to report him when I was then informed that he was part of Macy’s loss prevention services, mall security knew exactly who I was talking about after I described the man’s appearance. He even walked to the door and watched me walk out to my vehicle. Don’t let the women in your life shop here alone. Watch out for the middle aged white man with small metal frame glasses and a grey goatee.

Some of the prices here are ridiculous. $1000 for a silver necklace just because it is from Macy's? No name brand and about $20 worth of silver.

I just bought a Ralph Laurent suit jacket. Years ago when you buy a jacket at Macy’s they at least give it to you in a hanger with a plastic bag. The lady at the casher roll it and packed it in the smaller Macy’s plastic bag. Disappointed.

I almost never write negative reviews but this was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They have almost no one working there. I get that staffing is tough right now but the two women I encountered were awful. One woman had no idea where the item I was seeking was and kept complaining that she was supposed to be off an hour ago, etc. No knowledge of the stock on the floor. The second woman I asked for help finding the item actually laughed in my face and said, "Good luck with that!"
I went home and was able to order the item online but wow....terrible terrible service. Do better, Macys.
