Monica is truly great at what she does. We were looking at renting in excelsior for my daughter and she was very helpful. She reached out again a month later to give me some additional information and when I called her back a few days later she was very polite, kind and caring. Thanks so much

Very new renter friendly! My boyfriend and I had been denied by a few places before finding out current property, purely because we haven’t rented before. Monica is super helpful and understanding and I can’t imagine renting from anyone else!
