Michaels is a store offering everything to create anything, with expansive craft assortments and all your party supplies in one place. Customers love the store, noting they can find any and all crafting items needed, plus other useful supplies, and that the staff are friendly and helpful. Many highlight the available coupons. However, some feel the aisles could be more organized and the layout a little confusing, while others wish for more brand options for certain artistic materials. Experiences with sales and staffing can be inconsistent, with some mentioning overpriced deals and occasional long waits for service.
super well stocked store, easy to understand and clean and well kept. couldn't find any employees on the floor so I had to phone a friend for art supply advice and there were only a couple up front so probably not staffed well for a weekend but I was able to make use of the self checkout to avoid delays
