Worked with Sara at MN Tile and Stone. This was an awesome experience. Everyone I worked with was kind, professional and punctual. Our installation date and time was scheduled a head of time and verified before the team arrived and everything was done professionally with expert eye to detail. I will not hesitate to work with anyone for any tiling needs in the future. This is was the best experience I could have asked for when remodeling a bathroom.

Good customer service. I've been driving 2 years know so far this is the tightest dock I've encountered. Blind side back once you come in its hard to make u turn to set up backing. Maybe when all the snow melts in the summer there's more room to wiggle. Gd luck

I worked with MTS for a client of mine. We ordered a very high end countertop. The customer service and communication is terrible. They make a lot of excuses, stall on returning emails and messages. They are rude and don’t know what is going on. Will not be working with them in the future. It’s been embarrassing making excuses for them with my client because they don’t have their sh$t together.

Stopped at the showroom this afternoon around 5, waited for my wife to show up. There were 2 employees in the showroom. One lady putting a few tile away then went to her desk in the far NE corner of the building. Did not greet me and had no interaction while we were in the showroom. Another lady, at a table/desk in the middle of the showroom floor. No initiative to greet us or explain anything. We had to seek her out. She did calculate how much tile we would need after we picked one out. I'm thinking you would sell alot more tile if you had some customer service skills

If you are looking for help with a project, then I'd highly recommend you go with a different vendor. We worked with Agata to purchase a slab for a tabletop project, and she was helpful in selling the slab. We came in to change the material, so it could be fabricated in house at Minnesota Tile & Stone. Agata wasn't there that day, and the other salesperson and manager on site that day were unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering them. We were told only Agata could help us and she wasn't there. We waited for days without a return call. The only helpful person was the individual who processed the refund. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Started out well at the front desk when I first walked in and wanted granite counter tops for my home. Was given realistic timelines and prices. Two weeks before installment I was told specifically that my sink was in, granite is cut ready to go.... this is where it started to go down hill. The week of the installment, the guy in charge of the installment told me my sink wasn't in yet??!! and won't be in for another 3 weeks. This was the same guy that told the sink was In!? I confronted him on his mistake, and he asked who told me that. It was him! (Shey). He then admitted to Remembering our Conversation at that point. Then apologized. I've had my kitchen torn Apart for a week hoping to get my kitchen back. It was already an inconvenience. Expensive eating out and no running water exc... The guy calls me back and says he has another sink stock. But this sink is cheaper than the one I had already paid for ($400 cheaper). I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks to have running water in my kitchen. so I agreed, as long as I get refunded the difference. I was told by the sales rep they would do this. Installment day.... it gets better . The cut I ordered was wrong (half bullnose). I ordered and purchased a more expensive one (full bullnose). The appearance of the cut was Unattractive and I was very disappointed. I would have turned them away, but they had already installed the granite. I couldn't be there as I had to work. So I called and asked for at least a refund for the difference in the edge cost. The sales rep woman (Ann) became snarky with me and said she would look into it and they would call the following work day. No contact from them and they ghosted me as if they weren't concerned. I later noticed that the cut was over the dishwasher. This only leads to problems Down the road. They offered no compensation for their mistakes and didn't appear to even have remorse. I will also be contacting the better business bureau. I have a long road ahead to get what I paid for. Good luck to you if you hire them...
