My appointment was supposed to be at 10:40 am. The provider was seeing a patient when I arrived - their appointment finished at about 11:10 am. The provider said she needed to clean the room and would be right out for me. She never came back out and I heard her in the room talking to someone on the phone. I left the clinic at 11:40 am without being seen. It was a complete waste of my time and the provider showed no consideration for being off schedule. I would have waited had she given me an updated time frame for being seen or apologized for running late in the appointments.

I had a very severe sore throat. Took a Covid test, which came back negative. So, went to have a throat culture at Minute Clinic. Checked in TWICE online, and no signage at the store/clinic clearly directing you to the kiosk hidden around the corner where you have to sign in for the THIRD time. PA was late with my appointment. PA did the throat culture, but apparently has zero experience with rheumatoid arthritis patients who have limited immunity due to RA medications. Throat culture came back negative, and the PA literally shrugged her shoulders, then turned her back to me and didn't say another word. I was literally "dismissed". Rude! I will never, EVER go back to this clinic for anything!

Scheduled my appointment online the day before and went in to only find the location closed.

Do not go to minute clinics. They are good in recommending nothing about your problem. All they can say is "not sure why this is happening". Kiosks questions are never ending too.People were here for the shots wherein they were wiating helplessly for hours.

I mean, normally I'd take my kids to the family doctor back home in sunny (smoky, fiery) California. But, having recently escaped for cleaner pastures CVS Minute Clinic was our only choice. It was super convenient!! They recently updated their waiting room protocol, so no one waiting inside (reducing exposure to germs). My two young children and I were able to get our flu shots at the same time. We booked online ahead of time, got timely updates regarding any delays (there weren't any) and were in and out in like 10 minutes. The only thing confusing was when booking multiple appointments, I had to use three different email addresses and phone numbers to book for me and my minors. And I couldn't find a phone number to call to book and get around this cumbersome process. But, it didn't affect the service we did get, which was excellent! With my insurance, the flu shots were free and we got three 5 dollar coupons for post-poke shopping.

Johanna is always helpful to me here. She listens , and in my case, gave me several potential options and things to look at for a pre existing condition i have, some of them were things id never thought to cknsider and I've been dealing with my stomach issues for a while.

Checked in, waited much longer than estimated wait time. Three of us were in the waiting area while the two techs were in a room talking to eachother (not helping patients) for least 30 min that I witnessed. One came out and took the first person in, the otherwent into another room and helped no one. They also have a cabinet clearly marked, "keep locked at all times" wide open and no one at the desk.

Do not go to this clinic location unless you plan to not live through your illness! My wife went here to be treated for an ear infection and told the PA (Ashley) she was allergic to penicillin. The PA told my wife she was wrong and she was not allergic and then prescribed a medication that contained a strain of penicillin that not only did not treat her infection but also made her violently ill! The personnel here do not know what they are doing. Go to Urgent Care instead to ensure proper treatment!

This experience was horrible. A walk-in flu shot took over 90 minutes! Apparently, their Check in system and their internal system don't communicate so they can't seem to figure out who's supposed to be seen and in what order. In addition, the two PA/DRs seemed indifferent. After completing the check in on the kiosk, I then had to write my name on a piece of paper, so they could look up my record. This was after they asked me my name and I spelled it. I specifically wore a T-shirt for my shot, and the PA couldn't figure out how to keep the sleeve rolled up, so I had to help him with that. Seriously??? The whole experience made me wonder if I should have checked the syringe to see if I was getting the right stuff. Never again! Back to Walgreens!

I would give this location 0 stars if it was possible. I have used this location 2 times - I won't be again! The first time the person who saw my son was very short with us, I decided to try again because it had been right before the holiday's and the one we typically use had a long wait time. We went again last night, this person (not the same person) was extremely rude! My son is just 11 and autistic, he doesn't deserve to be treated the way he was. I will never use this location again!

I will never be returning to this minute clinic. It's supposed to be a minute clinic, fast in fast out. I checked in and was supposed to have less than half an hour wait I ended up waiting for almost two hours to see a doctor because she needed a lunch break. When I checked in I was way ahead of her lunch break but she decided to take it before seeing me. I've never seen someone so disrespectful and no concern for others. Like I said I will never be coming back and i will never bring anyone to this clinic. What a waste of time.

Please use the kiosk to check in and if you need to talk to someone we will direct you to our call center. Where the endless machine understands '' exam questions'' as billing... not even trying with this service.
