When we were looking to sell our family home 'as is' for a cash offer, we interviewed five different companies. Several were local large companies who brought similar offers and had contracts for our review. We felt most comfortable with MN Real Estate Liquidators. They came through with a closing date three weeks after signing. Their title company was also very professional and the whole process was easy. Very good experience with MNREL, Amy was very helpful in taking care of all the paperwork, scheduling inspections, closing etc. Land Title C0 as well was very efficient and professional.Would recommend.

I was the rep payee on my neighbors estate. While we were cleaning out the house Amy called me and asked if they could make me an offer.
