Professionalism is lacking. I was due a refund for a GAP policy and it took a lot of chasing and demanding on my part to get done. I called so many times they asked me to remove my bad review. - I didn't have one at that time...
Now, I'm due a refund on prepaid services since I elected to no longer give them my business. They were unwilling to assist me in a 3 minute battery check and tried to charge me a diagnostic fee $180 to have it done. I ultimately got it done elsewhere for free as I wasn't asking for a diagnostic battery test which is different from a basic battery check. I have spoken to both the manager, Ben, the refund approving manager and the manager above him as well. Both have since ghosted me and appear to be unwilling to issue a refund I assume is less than $100.
The competence level seems to be lacking over there. Buyer beware. Next stop is BBB.

I normally take my car in for maintenance and had the filters changed recently , and they told her they were in need . I highly doubt that these were in need & i am wondering about their integrity as a honest dealership .

Brought my 2017 F150 to Morrie's Minnetonka Ford (two times) to diagnose and fix the issue of the engine intermittently dying at low idle (waiting at a stoplight for example) . They couldn't figure it out.

Service at Morrie's is always excellent and gets done quickly once your car is in the shop. They're services are in high demand so it can take awhile to get an appointment, but once you get one your vehicle will get great service.

I used Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford service for the first time recently, and I came away incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Luke Elling was my service advisor, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. I will continue to use this service center for future needs, as well as recommend them to my friends and family going forward.

I use to bring my car here all the time for service but today might be the last. I brought my car in for a simple battery check up. Appointment was for 10:45am. Right now it’s 12:00pm and they haven’t even looked at it yet. No updates or even a simple acknowledgement from an advisor or anybody. Clearly they do not give a hoot about customers’ time.
