I had a great experience at Morrie’s. Peter Bakert was a very knowledgeable sales rep and got me to buy a Bronco Sport instead of a Volvo. I love the car and all its features. My bike fits easily into the back and the matting in the interior is tough so I don’t have to worry about my bike damaging anything.

Poor service. They never call back if they say "we will call you back " so don't expect much service here. Happened to me when I asked for parts , not twice but three times .

We bought a new truck and brought it home yesterday. Our salesperson, Thomas, was highly knowledgeable, listened to our needs and wants, and found us the perfect truck right on the lot in Minnetonka. The buying and financing processes were hassle-free and timely. This was the smoothest vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had - this being our third new vehicle purchase - and it’s easy to see why our friends and neighbors recommended Morrie’s in the first place. I will not buy another vehicle from this place? Bad services. They sold me a car with no AC working. Try to get them to fix it. They told me I had to pay 2,000 dollars to fix it The manager never called me back and that was 2 months ago. Brought the vehicle in March and it was still cold and you couldn't tell if the AC worked or not. So bad business.

8/3/24: Sold me a Ford Explorer ST two weeks ago. After I got home I noticed there was an exhaust leak. After investigating, I found that both catalytic converter were cracked and someone had tried and failed to weld them. After emailing the salesman, he said, "they couldn't have missed that because they did their gold inspection". Look at the pictures, there's no way they should've missed that if they inspected it. There also appears to be something missing in the front bumper cover because a clip on the fender liner has nothing to attach to. So I'm also assuming they lied about the vehicle never being in an accident. The warranty they sell you with their used cars is also bad. After reading through it, they can deny any claims if you install aftermarket wheels. I want to cancel the warranty and now my calls aren't being returned. One more thing, because someone tried to weld the catalytic converters I can't get the federal emissions warranty even though the car is eligible because they were tampered with.
8/6/24: I was told VIA email that I would be contacted on Monday, August 5th to talk to me about cancelling the warranty and what they can do about the catalytic converters. Nobody ever tried to contact me and now they won't respond to my emails. Any time I try to call it goes to the same guy who never answers.
8/9/24: Finally a response. Nope, I'm putting 20" wheels on it since the tires for 21" wheels are expensive. I'm not going to trust a warranty company's judgement with that language in the contract. Maybe the noise wasn't apparent when I was there because of the shoddy welds on them broke while I was driving home. About the cracks not being apparent in the video, maybe you didn't see them from the bottom of the vehicle and the cracks are clearly on the sides. Also, I was being ignored by your employees until one of my family members (not 6 or 7 like you told me on the phone), left a bad review on Facebook. Then I finally received the warranty cancellation form a few minutes after it was posted. Lastly, about your offer to have your service center look at the catalytic converters. Why would I trust your service center to do right by me when your salespeople lied every step of the way since I alerted them about the issue?

Ordered parts online for in-store pickup. Waited for the email and went. Arrived at the parts department and rang the door bell at the desk (I heard it ring). Roughly 4 min later, I rang the doorbell again. Watched my watch now, 5 min later someone came.
I gave him my info and he said sit tight. Literally 8 min later he came back to the front with kind of a "ok now I'll deal with this" demeanor. He then grabbed my parts off the shelf and said here you go.
17 min of standing there when the part was literally sitting 5ft away.
I have had similar customer service at Morries Lincoln, Morries Hyundai and Morries Mazda.
AVOID MORRIES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Very smooth purchase of our new Ford F150 at Morrie's. Our salesman Rick, was very knowledgeable, patient, willing to take the time to answer questions and one of the best we have worked with. We definitely recommend Morrie's.

Couldn't be happier with the service I got today. Went in for an appointment for an oil change for our 2024 Mustang GT. Before I could even get out of the car they were waiting to assist me. My service advisor, Joe Hanson, spent lots of extra time talking to me about our new car and also making some great recommendations. He even helped me get the information I needed to resolve some issues with FordPass rewards. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Joe walked me out to where the car was parked. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Easy to book a service appointment and quick service. The waiting area is nice and has small room with a door, kids table and some kids toys when you need to wait with kids. Purchasing a vehicle here was also very easy and they were willing to negotiate on my trade in to get a price we both thought was fair.
