  This review is about the Nordstrom Ebar at Ridgedale mall in Minnetonka. Every time I order a Cookies and Cream Ice Storm, I ask for confirmation that it’s not made with coffee. Each time, I’m told it’s not made with coffee, but then the drink I actually receive is different depending on who makes it that day. It’s inconsistent. Oftentimes it’s missing the cookies and cream. Other times it tastes like they added coffee or mocha or something and it has a brown color with no cookies and cream. It’s frustrating to pay for something that is on the menu and then have no consistency in what is actually given to me after I’ve paid for it. Maybe take it off the menu if no one knows how to make it.

  Very nice place. My only grow was the comissioned sales staff. As a person seasoned in sales, I saw the quiet battle playing out between competing sales people on a slow weekday afternoon. They all conducted themselves professionally, but I feel I could have been better served of those individuals were trained to assist me, rather than simply being rewarded for meeting sales.
  
  I ultimately got better help from their competitor and voted with my dollars, spending zero of them at Nordstrom on a day where I broke the budget on new clothes.

  I had a pretty mixed experience at this Nordstrom location. When I first came in, I was clearly browsing and looking for something specific, but a few employees — especially a woman in white (probably in her 20s or 30s) and a bald man in a suit — completely ignored me. They weren’t busy, just standing around, and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help. It felt like they weren’t interested in assisting anyone, which was really frustrating. especially for a store like Nordstrom where good service is expected.
  
  But then Stephanie noticed me — and everything changed.
  
  She stepped in right away, super friendly and attentive. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for, helped me choose shirts and pants, gave me great suggestions, and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Her energy and professionalism stood out so much that I ended up spending almost $800 — and honestly, I wouldn’t have made that purchase without her help.
  
  Stephanie truly saved the experience. She made me feel valued as a customer, and it’s rare to find someone who goes that extra mile these days. I really hope Nordstrom recognizes her, because she’s the reason I stayed and spent what I did.
  
  The rest of the team seriously needs to step up. Customer service matters — and one great employee shouldn’t have to carry the whole floor. Thank you again, Stephanie. You were amazing.

  Nordstrom @ Ridgedale is One of the reasons I'll still stop by the mall every once a while! They just have to work to keep up with pricing goods in line with their competition! I saw a Nike shoe on sale for $40, and the very same was still holding onto it's $100+ price tag on The Rock!

  My foreign ESL Chinese lady friend went into Woke LGBT pride promoting Nordstrom to pay her Nordstrom card in full. They took her payment of around $400. She came home and checked her accounts and realized that she already paid this amount previously so she essentially made a double payment. We drove back to woke LGBT Pride promoting Nordstrom to refund the $400 that she paid. The fake Western Asian lady apparently didn't want to deal with my girlfriend's language barrier, and referred her to an 800 number to get back the money that Nordstrom just took from her an hour ago. Luckily, her big white boyfriend was here.... which I asked to speak to her manager. I received the help of white Preston and white Taylor who were more than happy to figure out how to refund her money and in fact did so. Stand against Asian on Asian hate! 🍺🥸 thank you Preston and Taylor for your exemplary customer service. Too bad Nordstrom is still riding the dead trend of destructive left marketing and brainwashing.
