I returned an air compressor (purchased online-still under warranty) due to a small leak. The mechanic at the Minnetonka store looked at it right away and was able to make a repair........as I waited! The mechanic and all other staff were super friendly and helpful. I did not have to make a return trip. Thank you!!

The Minnetonka store a bit far to shop at regularly, but today I had a real need that made the trip worth attempting. The two young women working there were incredibly helpful, and they answered all the technical questions that I had. I can wander through any store by myself, but the help I received today from the two people working there is making me plan to return for a lot of other needs that might come up. Thanks!!!

Selection is reasonable, however, the customer service is outstanding! I’ve used this place multiple times and called ahead to ensure they have a given item in stock and they always have it up front ready for me to ensure a quick pick up, highly recommend this!

Brought tool for a return/refund and they wouldn’t accept it. Drove to the Burnsville northern tools and got my refund just like that!!! The manager is a total tool. Never going to the Minnetonka northern tools again!

Bought a weed trimmer, fairly easy transaction. They were busy but guys would bop around asking if you need help. I was in and out quick. Seems like they have a good supply and higher quality equipment than Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Be careful about their promise to deliver between dates for free. That went away when I didn't sign up for the advantage program for gee, the same price as the shipping cost. Coincidence. Part better be right.
