Went to pick up an online order of a printer at this store today and was very impressed by the service we received. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and an employee asked us how he could help us. We were looking for specific ink cartridges for our printer and a larger sized copy paper. He was quick to help us find both of these. At the checkout, he placed our printer on a cart and added our other purchases, then took them all to our car and loaded them in for us. Something that really impressed me was that while he was loading our purchases, his phone was ringing, but instead of answering it, he continued to help us. This is an example of excellent customer service, and if I need any more items from Office Depot, I will drive the longer distance out to this store rather than look for one close to home, because they have the best customer service I have come across in a long time!

If you are looking for a print job I strongly recommend Office Depot! The customer service is unmatched - the turn around time, communication & quality of work is simply amazing. I had no clue where to print my mother’s obituaries. A lovely employee named Sydney listened and went above and beyond to give me an amazing product in the end result. I truly couldn’t have imagined them any better. 10/10 quality and 10/10 customer service 😃

Office Max / Office Depot has long since been a staple of my home office needs. Recently, the cost of my ink cartridges were twice what they cost normally at that location. I didn't have time to call a manager over to review the price, so I ate the cost. Hopefully, the next time I go there, the prices will reflect current market conditions and will be the same price as their circular. Other than that fact, they would have received a 5 star rating.
This was for the Minnetonka, MN store next to Whole Foods.

I brought in a job earlier this afternoon that the print staff told me they could do and have ready for me by the end of the day. When I returned to the store to pick up my order, Operations Manager Tim informed me that not only was it not ready but the job was a kind they actually could not complete. Instead of owning up to his failure to ensure his staff is properly trained in what kinds of print jobs they can and cannot complete, he informed me that I won’t be able to go anywhere else that will do the kind of print job I need completed. The staff earlier should have informed me that they would not be able to add a solid black border to the image I provided. But I don’t blame them; I blame Tim’s management of operations in this store. All I need to do on my end now is go home and add a border around the image to fit the dimensions I need and bring it into another local print shop, but it won’t be another Office Depot or Office Max location after my experience with Tim.

The services offered and customer service here is absolutely unmatched. I want to give a specific shout out to the awesomeness of Tim and Derek at Minnetonka.
I’m a ball of stress taking care of final print jobs before my wedding next week. When I called to inquire about an online order (my fault), they not only kindly helped to identify it right away, but corrected it with a 24 hour turnaround time at a reasonable price. Their customer service was consistent, kind, and superb the entire way and my products look amazing. I couldn’t be happier!
I had another positive experience in the fall printing a number of laminated index cards for my sister’s wedding. Again, excellent customer service and unmatched offerings to other local office and printing shops.. thank you so much to Tim and Derek and to Office Depot!!!

I am specifically writing about Office Depot store in Minnetonka , MN. This place is a big scam. Everytime I purchase, I was told I will get reward points. In 2023, I had made hundreds of dollars worth purchases. When I went in again today, no reward points as usual. I am planning to complain to BBB about their deceptive sales practices. Also the checkout at this location is such a pain. It’s very slow and very bugged. Each customer checkout takes like 10 mins. This store overall is horrible experience.
