“They have a customer for life! I bought a beautiful chair from them for my very tight/small office space, and after using it for a number of weeks I realized I really needed one without arms. So decided to use the one I got as a chair at my craft desk. I went over and told the gentleman who greeted me that I had bought a chair previously and loved it, but needed to get another without arms. He asked my name, looked up the chair I bought, and then showed me how to remove the arms! I'm beyond grateful at the honesty and stellar customer service. “I am grateful to have the option of having Office Depot Office Max print larger jobs for me. There's a variety of options - color, two-sided printing, hole-punched, etc. Even removing pages that aren't needed. I will use this service again! I was surprised, however, when I received the email that my copy job was finished (12 hours earlier than expected!), I was told there would be a coupon attached to my order. It wasn't, but they printed it out for me when I asked. Just a little inconvenience, but communication is everything.”

“Your technicians did an awesome job of getting us set up seamlessly. I was impressed how quickly they had us up and running. You can tell they enjoy what they do and they are efficient and knowledgeable. Our trainer anticipated our needs and helped customize our screens and even programmed our mailing label and tank tags to the drawers we needed to print out of. I learned some of the fun new bells and whistles this printer has and can't wait to use them all. Loffler has amazing staff!”
