“I usually go to a Valvoline but after today, Jiffy Lube has a new loyal customer! After having multiple issues dealing with untrained technicians messing up my oil pan and such it's just not worth saving a couple extra bucks. I took a chance trying somewhere new and I'm glad I did! Jiffy Lube was a pleasant experience from start to finish! The manager was very informative and patient with me. And the 3 guys who worked on my truck got me in and out in less than 10-15 minutes! With my coupon my conventional oil change was about $50. They also informed me that I'm able to get my car topped off for free if need be. If that doesn't all scream customer service then I don't know what does! The only thing I suggest is maybe a new paint job outside so people can better see where your located! Thanks Jiffy Lube for the amazing service!”

“I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”

“Great company to deal with. Steve and his team were very honest and forthcoming in helping solve my transmission issues on my 2019 Silverado. We were told by our dealer that the transmission needed complete replacement but after getting a second opinion from Kennedy, they were able to find only a minor fix was needed. They could have taken advantage of the same advice the dealership gave to get themselves some more money but they instead did the right thing and saved me thousands. Highly recommended!!!”
“Very pleased with the service here at EP Jiffy Lube. Brian, Brent and Derek were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure all of my fluids were topped off, informed me that my battery would need to be replaced within the next 6 months and also informed me the my front brakes would need to be replaced soon. They also made sure I knew about their top off service which is a really nice perk. Great service and overall experience, will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks guys!”

“For sure I’m never one to give nothing less than positive feedback. So yes I’ll still give 5 stars. But I wasn’t greeted with a water like the corporate stores. Once I got in the bay manager was very nice etc. all said and done I got my receipt and it said they checked multiple things like air filter etc… that was not checked. I know it’s dirty lol. Also price is way too high for what I’m getting. I can go else where and pay 2/3 less and get oil and a filter. So not really sure why I’m paying $130 for an oil change. Good service nice guys working there. Won’t go back just because of the price tho. Just not worth it. Unless I’m getting free washer fluid and oil top off during my 3k mile range or something. Just way over priced to me.”
“I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”

Turned out to be a small issue and they spent a lot of time fixing it (like 45 mins) without a thought. Def got my business for the life of my truck!
