I always have bad experiences here with the workers. They always roll their eyes when checking me out or getting me a fitting room, which is quite literally their job. Every worker looks miserable and that they hate doing their job. I never write reviews but since it’s continuously the workers being rude, it makes me not want to shop in-person there anymore. They never fail to make you feel bad about yourself.
I work in retail so I understand what it’s like having a bad day or being stressed out with tasks. But being rude to customers continuously for no reason shouldn’t be happening or reoccurring.

Horrible customer service. They close their dressing rooms more than a half hour before close. Incredibly rude employees. Avoid at all costs.

Wasn’t allowed to try on a few shirts bcz store was closing in 35 mins. Dirty store. Every other word in music was f-word for at least two songs. Weird experience. Gladly spent money elsewhere.

This place is awful the girls that were there were horrible everytime someone would leave the store they would gossip and talk bad about them not only that one of the employees were super rude I asked if the fitting room was open and she goes does it look like it what an awful experience the date is June 23rd 5:00 i believe there names were Emily and Kiera when I asked there names the hesitated so idk if that’s really there names but so unbelievably rude.

Worst retail store I’ve ever been into - I was here shopping and the man working asked “are you doing anything” because I was looking at something on my phone. He then said I needed to move so he could take a picture of his project. So strange, and the dressing rooms are absolutely disgusting with dust and pins laying around. I will never shop with PacSun again due to that rude employee.

This store is absolutely disgusting everytime i come in. there’s dust and lint everywhere. don’t even bother grabbing a piece of clothing from a low shelf because it will be filthy. every time i go into the dressing room there’s literally a pile of accumulated dust and lint in the corner. there’s even lint on the checkout counter. the employees are clearly very dirty and are too busy chatting with each other to ever pick up a broom or duster. they don’t even greet you when you go to the cash register. today the person checking me out didn’t even bother to pause their conversation while checking me out, couldn’t even stop for a second to say “hello”. the atmosphere in this location is terrible. if you’re able to go to a different pacsun do it, i certainly will never give this location my money again. this is my first time ever leaving a review and i wish i would’ve known you can add pictures so i could’ve shown how nasty this place is.

i’m an avid wearer of pacsun, but i just cannot stand the attitude of the people who work at this location, i walked in with no greeting and the only girl who gave me a glance was sitting behind the desk on her phone, eating chips. she gave me a glare as the only helpful girl in the store checked me out. not to mention someone tried unlocking the door to my fitting room while i was changing, without knocking or asking if someone was using it. wasn’t the only time as someone before me tried going into the fitting room and the associate literally did open the door on someone.

This store location is absolutely not worth it, came to the mall around 10am on Saturday and they were not open even if google had the store opens at 10. Waited for an hour plus till 11am and the store still wasn’t open. If the store won’t be open. Please update your times, so people don’t drive down in vain.

Everyone working acts like they don't wanna be there and they are super unprofessional. Also, on multiple occasions the workers have given judgmental stares/glares. The store is always a mess and I have never had a good experience shopping here! I always want to leave the second I enter the store.

The girls working were very negative and rude. Didn't seem to be doing anything besides rolling their eyes and glaring at customers. Nobody greeted us or said hi once. Wont be returning to this store. It sucks.
