“I got some paint here a year ago. I had a great experience that time but didn’t submit a review. I had one extra can and I took it out to touch up this year. It didn’t match. I took it in and they mixed up a new can for me very quickly at no cost and admitted they had made an error in using the wrong base in one of the many cans I had gotten last year. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff. This is a really good business.”
“Todd at this location is incredible, very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We’ve stopped by twice now and both times he’s gone above and beyond to provide us with tips, tricks, and experience. Kalli, in particular, has been incredibly responsive, organized, and easy to work with every step of the way. She handles everything with a positive attitude and attention to detail that doesn’t go unnoticed. The kind of effort she puts in on the front lines is what really sets this place apart. I want to make sure she is acknowledge for her work that could go unnoticed at a higher level, because it's not seen on a spreadsheet or any data.
