I am a raiser for Can Do Canines, and I love being able to pop in here for a mini spa day for the program dogs. They love the techs here and the special treats. The nail trims and ear cleaning are quick and affordable. I come first thing in the morning and check out the adorable ferrets while I wait for them to finish their mini pampering.

The other day I stopped into buy some coral booster and my daughter saw 2 coral frags she liked. So we bought both and being new to saltwater we didn't know but the corals where already dead. I wish the worker would have said something 😔

Disappointed that they are charging .10 for a plastic bag.
I opted out even with having a number of items, no warning until you check out.

Prices are to high. Retun policy on items only if you have receipt. Bought dog booties and straps broke within a week. No receipt no exchange or return. Petsmart is better option who values quality of product.

They sold me SICK FISH that contaminated my whole fish tank that has been going strong for 7+ years. DO NOT BUY THERE FISH! In less than 2 weeks the 5 I bought are dead 1 I've had for 2 years died yesterday and my 6 remaining are not looking good plus the bristle nose placo's won't come out and stopped eating yesterday. This tank has a lot of sentimental value. I took it on 7yrs ago when my beautiful 20yr old daughter who past away. Let's not mention how much money I've spent. THANKS PETCO THANKS A LOT!

Terrible experience in grooming salon. I paid full amount of $70.00+ plus generous tip after requesting they trim parts of her body that were longer than the rest resulting from uneven, unprofessional cut on whole body plus ears were not trimmed. I did not realize until I got home how my eight pound roommate had been abused. Her hind end is still healing week after cut. I caution anyone and everyone to find a different grooming facility as the workers at Petco are definitely not qualified.

Their was a employee named Ashly super nice and helpful when I got my tank but their was a employee Aidan so rude he scared me how angry he sounded at me when I was so nice to him and I was just buying fish and kept trying to make me buy more things

Nothing wrong with the workers, it is not their fault. But this location has a "cat adoption center" that is cruel. Unfortunately I'll stop shopping at Petco because of this, I can't support a company that would do this to an animal. I know the cat could be worse off but please, I'm sure Petco has enough money to upgrade the space for this poor cat. The cat is kept in no larger than 5feet by 1 foot shelving unit.

This Petco is convenient, but based on store size it does not have near the selection or offering as some of its others. That said we still find a lot of what we're looking for!
