Nick was our rep for a fitting and was extremely helpful. His expertise was noticed right away and his ability to explain the technical differences between the clubs and shafts was great. His help made us confident in our club purchase.

My teenage son asked to use the simulator to test out a few used clubs which somehow turned into a free golf training session with David. He was ecstatic. David spent a significant amount of time with my son, which was above and beyond what I would ever expect. And at the end my son played a game on the simulator with David and another employee.

The practice bays are a great option for the price, $27 for an hour of practice. That beats all other simulators in the Twin Cities as far as I know.

This is the only place I will buy golf clubs. They really care and do a great job educating and clearly do not work off commission. I've actually been talked out of more purchases when I was eager to pull the trigger. Or go for a less expensive used model. I cannot recommend them enough!

I came in to buy a whole set of new irons and none of the employees on the floor seemed interested in helping. No one came to ask if I needed help. I found one guy just standing there not doing anything and asked for a quick second to answer question. He walked over to irons where is said I wanted to buy a whole new set today. I asked about one higher end set and he immediately blew me off as if I shouldn't be asking about a higher level club. He said I should try the entry level one not, all whole not asking about or knowing what my handicap was. He didn't seem interested in answering any question. I wanted to get a few suggestions on iroms and then go try them to set myself up for a fitting but he was more interested in leaving to go talk to his coworkers. The whole time he barely said anything of value and was seemingly condescending to everything I said, and then walked off to continue talking to another employee about a woman golfers score earlier in the week. The second guy I flagged down had no interest either and kept walking away in the middle of my conversation while I asked about trying clubs. I walked out without any plan to buy anything and I guess I'll go to another store. I don't want to sound negative but it was probably one of the worst experiences I've had at any store trying to buy any kind of item. There was no less than four employees in the irons section, and the store was completely dead but I couldn't get a decent bit of help. The only person in the entire store that asked if I needed help was the young kid at the register as I was walking ou.t. Pretty sad

The employees in this store are regularly dismissive and I just had the same negative experience as the last review. Go to Golf Galaxy where the employees respect the customer.

Friendly helpful staff. My husband was looking for a left handed putter and they had some good deals. Lots to see and do in the store(batting cages, golf simulaters; etc) but we didn't have time today. Will be vack

I have never been to a store before where the staff is as uninterested in helping customers as this store. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!

Great big store and has a lot of items. Staff was not really helpful. I called ahead of time and was told they have a certain grip in stock. I asked one of the staff and they just looked at the rack and said they don't have it, without looking more into it. I felt no effort was put into helping me. I was able to find the grip myself after more searching own my own.

I have consistently had bad experiences at this store. Several staff have been quite rude and I don’t plan on coming here again. The least employees should do is be polite to customers.

Received much better help from the free hitting bays then the paid fitting bay this will be my last purchase here and will be going elsewhere for clubs next time.

Would have been 1 star but Harley was great and willing to help both times I went in when he was there he gets 5 stars. Had a paid fitting but the free fitting with Harley was much more helpful and useful then the paid fitting I did.

Keep your receipts folks. This store double charged me on a purchase (6/2/2023) and it is now been over three weeks and they have not fixed the problem. I've talked to them multiple times and the manager assures me that he is looking into it and promises to call me back with results - nothing happens. This should have been one phone call, but instead, I'm the one calling them over and over. I'm sure that if you tried to steal from them, they would prosecute. Well, they double charged me and they seem unwilling or unable to fix the problem.

Did my research online to figure out if I go Stealth or Stealth 2 Fairway wood. Went there disappointed that not one person approached me if I needed help. Not a Hello or even “What’a you want”. Weird because when I go to Scheels - They don’t leave me alone!! I was in Tonka and figured since they cost the same at both places, id buy it there. I was wrong!! I will continue my business at Scheels!!

I went to the store looking to buy a pair of golf shoes. The store wasn't busy and employees were standing around talking to each other and walked by without any kind interaction. Was disappointed by the lack of customer service.
