Company is not good at communicating and doesn't seem to care about safety. I had called to report a safety concern (in a calm and kind manner) and the company was not interested in participating in a conversation with me.In response to company's message:Yes, I am positive I posted to the correct company site. My poor interactions were with your staff, not your competitors staff.

If you read no further, understand Real Property Management Viking is wonderful! They are their own entity, so do not let any opinions about other Real Property Management offices or property managers in general influence your opinion.We moved into our new rental a couple weeks ago, while we absolutely love the house, and the neighborhood even more, there were quite a few issues with the property. RPM Viking has been incredibly responsive and has advocated on the behalf of us, the renters, to ensure our concerns are resolved. Yet they still look out for the best interest of their clients, the property owners. For instance, just one of the issues was junk the previous tenant left behind, including a filthy mattress. RPMV had a junk removal company out at no cost to us within hours of us notifying them. After speaking with their representatives, I am confident they will quickly resolve any more issues we bring to their attention.Keep in mind, this is coming from someone who generally distrusts property managers. I would absolutely recommend RPM Viking to any renter or property owner.
