Kailey exceeded my expectations with her exceptional work. Initially, I was on the fence about cutting off my dead ends, however, she made me feel at ease. I trusted her judgment and expertise and it turned out awesome! She did a superb job with the foils and chose a color that perfectly matched my desired look. I am delighted with the outcome and have received so many compliments on my hair! I highly recommend Kailey and I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her. Thank you, Kailey, for your outstanding service!

I have been here multiple times to see Kailey and she has been exceptional every time I’m in her chair! Even when after working for months to get my hair to platinum blonde and on a whim I wanted to change it dark, she was so professional and made my hair dreams my reality! Forever will continue to have my hair done by her

I went and got my hair done for the second time here and it was a great experience! The stylist Kailey was over the top with her costumer service. Offering me things she thought i needed for my hair and she was right! She always knows how to make my hair look and feel good. I can’t wait to be back in her chair! 10/10 experience for sure.

I won’t be returning to Kailey. Although I arrived 15 minutes late—which I acknowledge was my fault—I had difficulty locating the salon, as it’s inside another building with little signage. When I finally arrived, there was no warm welcome or friendliness; the front desk staff turned out to be Kailey herself, and her demeanor came off as disinterested and uninviting.
Because of the delay, she skipped washing my hair and did a dry cut instead. I asked for bangs that were not too chunky or too wispy, noticeable face-framing layers, refreshed layers in the back, and a trim of about 1–2 inches to remove dead ends. I even provided a reference photo. I also requested a consultation for future hair coloring—she snipped a piece of hair and said she’d email me the results, but it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back.
Unfortunately, I left feeling very dissatisfied. My haircut looked nothing like what I requested, and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during the appointment. I had hoped the cut would look better once styled, but it honestly looks like very little was done—and what was done may have made things worse. Disappointing experience overall.

I really enjoyed my experience here! I had a haircut with Kailey and she was very kind and i love the layers she did on my hair. This is one of my favorite experiences i’ve had with a salon. I have autism, and although i didn’t mention it when i booked an appointment, Kailey was really gentle with washing my hair and combing it while it was still wet and while blow drying. I love the products she used in my hair, my hair feels soft and even looks shinier and cleaner! I would recommend her if you’re a first timer here!

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. I called ahead to book an appointment with a stylist named Kaylee (or something like that), and was told it was confirmed. But when I arrived, the receptionist lied and claimed there was no appointment. Everyone acted surprised that I was even there, and it honestly felt like I was being gaslit.
The staff were not only unprofessional, but their behavior was blatantly racist. I spoke directly with the owner, hoping for some accountability, but she was just as rude, dismissive, and disgusting in her attitude.
I’ve never felt so undermined and disrespected in a professional setting. Be careful if you’re thinking of going here—especially if you’re someone who expects basic decency.
Also, I have video footage of the interaction and will be posting it on social media. People need to see how this business actually treats its clients.

I booked a last minute haircut online with Chandra after reading tons of great reviews about her. They were all true! In addition to giving me a beautiful haircut that was even better than I hoped for, she seemed to genuinely care about getting to know me... Not just the typical small talk. I was so impressed with my whole experience, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

not worth the money...stylists are really independent, so no recourse for bad haircut/color and individual stylists will not refund...they may fix, but it's hard to fix crooked, sloppy, etc. which is what I have received...go elsewhere...

I went to Sakada at the beginning of the new year, had a nice Balayage, and cut with one of the stylists there. I returned to get a nice new look for date night; unfortunately, I had horrible service this time around. I did bring in a reference photo for inspiration. I was open to talking about colors if there was a need to. I was a golden blonde on the parts that were balayage from last time. After some discussion, Melia asked if I looked like the reference photo and if I would be happy. I said yes. The service started fine, but she didn't get a lift from my hair. She said she feared damage, but I don't know why she didn't do a strand test if that was the case. Either way, she went through it again, and this time, it lifted very yellow. I was pretty concerned when she was drying it and not noticing that it needed some correction. She kept saying there were light issues, but being next to a big window, I didn't feel that was the case. I asked her if we could put some toner or something to help it. She did this, but it left blue spots in my hair, and I felt my blonde pieces were inconsistent in tone and application. She styled me before I really had a chance to look it over and as we were over time she had me pay her. She gave me her card and kind of awkwardly said if I needed anything to contact her. When I got home, I looked at my hair closer, but it didn't look good. I went to straighten it to get a better look at the issues; it was apparent that this was a bad outcome. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty. I understand mistakes happen, but professionals note when things don't turn out well and schedule customers for a fix before leaving. I sent my photo to get an opinion and was advised this would need some big color correction. I do believe in giving people another shot if I think they can do it. However, I already made many comments of concern about the color to which I felt wasn't validated when it should have been. I also didn't feel we had enough trust if she let me walk out looking this way. My hair already went through a lot and I don't have the confidence that she has a solution to get me where I want. I did ask for a refund as I would need to pay for a corrective service. It's one thing if this was about a matter of taste, but this was technically a bad job. In a text, she said she didn't do refunds and would do a corrective treatment followed by recommendations of foils. I don't want foils; I want blended pieces. Right now, I have harsh lines in my hair that shouldn't be there. There was back and forth about whether she thought this was a good outcome and about consistency/patterns. I have had multiple balayages over the years, and I know what is expected, so it was pointless to argue further. At this point, I think the pictures speak for themselves. It sucks when things go wrong, but I would have hoped that it would have been acknowledged at the time of the appointment or at least in the end. I did get my tip back after I sent pictures to push my point further, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Lessons I learned: 1) These people are independent contractors, which means their work is not guaranteed. Make sure you discuss bad results and alternative solutions if they are not nailing the look they promised. A good stylist stands behind their work and cares about your happiness. If you have any doubt, go somewhere else. 2) Be your own advocate. If you are too shy to say something, go somewhere else that has a manager in charge. 3) Always tell them to do a test strand if they have any concerns about lifting or hair integrity. It's better to do a test than doing a service again and running out of time. 4) If you are in doubt, ask another stylist in the salon to come over and give feedback. That way, you will know if your concerns are valid.

Had a consult and it was excellent. I cannot wait for my appointment!
