If I could put zero stars I would, this is actually the worst Sephora in all of Minnesota I think, 5 employees on the floor and not a single person can take 1 minute to open a drawer to check for a shade. Matter a fact they ask you to move so they can complete their online orders. How about you get ONE person to do those orders and the rest can help everyone getting told “someone will be with you in 3 minutes” and have them waiting for 15.

If I was going to rate the employees of this store, I would give it 5 stars and they are the only reason the store even gets 2. They were sweet, knowledgeable, hardworking, and considerate. This store is a nightmare. Waaaaaay too small for a Sephora. It’s like crawling over preteen girls. They are out of EVERYTHING. There were 4 products I wanted and none were in stock. I ended up getting alternates for 2. Sephora used to be a fun place but after 2 bad experiences (Roseville is also a nightmare), I’m done and will be going back to Nordstroms and buying on line.

I was helped by a wonderful young lady named yusra. Shout out to her for making me feel comfortable and confident. I went in for a foundation match among other things and she was super helpful and patient never once felt rushed with her. Service was AMAZINGGGG. She also recommended a facial that she thought would help with my skin concern so I’ll definitely book in the future. Again thanks for the amazing assistance. :)

Super rude employees.

Sephora always has very helpful staff. They have an enormous selection of cosmetics, too many to choose from. If you're a member of the club, you get a free gift on your birthday, so I went in for that, and of course found something else to buy.

I went into Sephora desperate for a self confidence boost - the workers there did not disappoint! Carly and Diane answered all of my questions (no matter how goofy or tedious they were). They even set me up with personal lesson on how to do my eyeliner Diane was so patient with me during our one on one and make me feel at ease. This will be the only Sephora store I go to from now on. Thank you so much for sending me into the new year on a high note!

Loved how helpful they were, even as a guy there with his wife. Except for first entering the store, I never felt uncomfortable.

I bought a lip gloss in the box and decided to use it for the first time when I was at the bar…. It was a “try me”one and I used it before my friend noticed. Now I look like a weirdo, I used a public lip gloss, and I have to drive to Minnetonka to return it.

Workers were friendly and helpful and there was no wait at checkout.

My 13 year old daughter, who used to love to spend her money at this location, is now afraid to walk in the door. She is a young bi-racial girl that was aggressively followed by two employees immediately upon entry. We voiced our concerns with Kat and she met us with eye rolls and smirks. Also voiced my concern with corporate and received minimal follow up. Disappointing for a company that claims diversity and inclusion.

I was accused of stealing while in the checkout line with a friend, all the products I was purchasing I had help with and i had a basket in my hands, I don’t steal. So rude and the entire interaction ruined my day, I can respect being cautious on keeping your products safe but this was so unnecessary, degrading and rude. Especially considering the amount of money I spend here. Unbelievably rude and it made me feel awful.

Spencer and Cat are both amazing. I had a color match issue and they went above and beyond to get me the right shade. This location always makes me feel welcome and the customer service is above and beyond.

Great selections. One concern is the open products for testing and people applying directly to skin, lips etc without a throw away applicator. Not sure how that could be monitored though? Maybe more signs as there are lots of sponges and applicators at the end of each aisle

Everyone that works here is so helpful and nice. Lip oil my daughter would love to have is the one in the photo

Had to ask a staff where a product line was, I'm used to a person approach me. Store appeared somewhat messy, customers trying samples and just disposing q-tips on shelves vs. trash cans that are nearby.
