Operation hours are clearly posted on the door 10-8 during the weekday. Got there at 1030 stood around for half an hour and the store was not open.

The staff are really good in store. But I left something vital in the store and have been trying frantically to reach somebody to help me and nobody will answer the phone after a dozen calls. If this is not the correct phone number They need to update it or get a machine that actually takes a message instead of demanding an access code

I went in to the store today to exchange two bras I had purchased online during a sale a few weeks ago. I worked with Shawna who was not only incredibly kind, she was also super patient and super knowledgeable!
When the first size I tried didn't work, she figured out what the next size I should try was. Also, she brought out every single wireless bra option that there was for me because I had said I hate underwire bras...and when none of those worked, she asked if I was 100% opposed to them. I said I'd try a few and asked her what her personal favorites were because she had also previously shared that we wear the same size. So then she brought me her 2 favorites in the store for me to try on. One I absolutely hated immediately, and the other, I actually kind of liked! And the more I wore it, the more I liked it!
Eventually I asked how much it was because I wanted to buy it but was worried about spending too much, and she said that she could do an even exchange for the bras I had previously bought and honor the sale, even though the ones I was getting at the store today were not on sale!
I've never had such a great experience bra shopping before, and will absolutely go back to the Soma at Ridgedale again!! Five stars are certainly deserved!!

Love Soma products. I often purchase online. I stopped into the Ridgedale store to see clearance. WOW, great prices and... Jill was extra helpful. Great shopping experience.

Went into this store looking for a bra and underwear for my wedding and was not only ignored by the associate but she talked down to me when I asked if they had no show underwear. I guess I didn’t fit the “type” to be shopping at this store. Would never recommend shopping at this location.

I came in today needing to be sized because I knew I was wearing the wrong size bra. Even though the store was really busy, Elizabeth was very attentive to my needs and helped me try on a ton of different styles and made sure I had the right fit. I had a great experience!

Smaller store but good selection and great staff! Like many, I hate trying on bras. But I went in with a good idea of what I wanted, got good suggestions, and left with 2. I'll be back!

I am disappointed. I placed an online store pick up order in Monday, Jan 16th. I called the store Wed Jan 18th to find out the status of the order. The Customer Service Rep said she would call me back by the EOD. She did not call me back. Now I am trying to call main customer service and I have been on hold for 15 mins. I want to know when I will get my order.
