Employees stood and cackled smoking cigs and vapes instead of making sure every pump was marked that they weren't working. They made a choice to stand and think it was hilarious that everyone trying to get gas to get safely home couldn't pump. The dollars make zero sense when you keep staff that doesn't give a crap about your customers. You'd be better off shutting down at this point because every damn time I've come to this store it's a hot mess with zero customer service. Just shut down

On Dec 23rd at approximately 4:00ish...I drive to get fuel and Lottery ticket...And Guess what...The store is CLOSED...No note on door or anything..Just Dark ...I did call corporate though...

Parked to get gas and realized there was shattered glass all over the area. Went inside, told them. She said she would tell someone. In the meantime nothing was done. I don't need new tires right now.

Stop here to grab gas and a car wash this morning because my windshield wipers were covered in ice and I needed to melt it off. Paid at the pump but the pump wouldn't print the receipt, so I went inside to grab one. The casher was on his 3rd day of work. He was working all alone and had no idea how to print the receipt. Upon trying to contact the manager, she qouldnt answer the phone. He had no idea of the store phone number or who I should contact to get my $9 back. I then asked to buy another car wash but he had no idea how to do that. Why are you leaving a brand new employee alone when they dont know how to do their job? Its no wonder why every Speedway i walk into is a run down store with employees that dont know what they are doing. Going forward i will do my best to only stop at a Speedway if its my only option. I did find a customer service number to call about my car wash.

Worst Speedway ever the crispy crunchy chicken place never has red beans and rice depending on the cook might get red beans and rice but the other cook just make Mac for the sides and potato wedges. Have no idea what the menu is for if they’re posting it. The old lady with glasses is rude His place needs to hurry up and close.

The worst ever! The dude in there did not even have pants over his butt. He smelled so bad! Also he did not care about what I needed he was filling out forms on another computer. He did not even make eye contact. His buddy in there was not any better. This place is a joke.

If there was a zero star that is what I would give this place!!! I have been there 3 days in a row now for the same employee with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen to tell me the gas pumps don't work or the system is down. There are no signs saying the gas is down EVER. Don't waste your time going here just go to holiday down the road.

Several pumps aren’t working and the guy just removed all of the yellow bags from them… the cashier is rude. makes sense that gas is cheap here 😞
