Wanted to get Holiday cards printed. I gave them a Jpeg which they said they supported, but it came out very dark and green. They said it was my fault for not submitting a CMYK encoded file and they would reprint it. Now I'm just trying to contact them to see if it's ready and I've been on hold for 30 minutes. This location should NOT do photo printing as they clearly are not capable. I should have read the other reviews stating similar issues with long hold times and staff issues.

Wow this place is awful, the employees are rude and slow and don’t seem to care. The don’t keep the shelves stocked and they can’t tell the difference between a woman and a man. I walked out before giving them any of my money

Take it easy on pushing the protection plan. The last guy guilted me into declining the plan three times. I left with buyer’s remorse on the product itself.

Ordered business cards for a hiring event on Tuesday morning. The confirmation email says "will be ready by 7:30PM tonight". I go ahead and stop in to pick them up at 11:00am the following morning. They are not done, the guys who does them isn't even in. Waste of my time. Services like quick printing and good customer service are the only thing that Amazon cannot replicate or do better. Why wouldn't you put all your wood behind those arrows and try to do a good job? I hope Amazon puts them out of business.

I failed to read the reviews before I placed my order. They do not offer same day by 7:30 PM. I placed my order before 2 PM. They keep saying they are behind but apparently it’s been months. Honestly save your time and stress and go with somebody else. I know Walgreens does a really good job with the same day pick up. But honestly don’t go to Staples. All the reviews about not having same-day pick up is true. Good thing I clicked on the option to pay in-store. So they did not take any money off or have any access to my card. I’m just gonna go somewhere else and when they finish my order I just wont to pick it up.

My “same day” print job was not completed on time. When I called & spoke with an individual who identified himself as the assistant manager he stated he was 26 print jobs behind because he was the only person left after everyone quit. He then offered to cancel the job. I asked him to print when able. Days later, no communication but by credit card was charged for the work. When my spouse went to the store to pick it up the story changed to the machine needed to print was broken so my order was cancelled and the only way I could get a refund was to come back another day and talk to the store manager. My husband called me and put me on speaker to talk with this staff person. Same individual I had talked to a week previously. He started screaming he had a heart condition and could feel himself having a heart attack and couldn’t talk with me. My husband left in frustration. I contacted Staples Customer Service via online chat and was told a priority email would be sent to the store manager regarding the refund. It’s now another 5 days out and no response or refund.

Advertises same day prints…. Doesn’t deliver. Promised by 7:30pm, arrived at store and there were 9 incomplete orders in front of it. Drove 35min to pick up… a phone call would be nice if it wasn’t going to be done.

One of the least reliable printed services ever. They’ve missed every deadline they have given me by 2-3 days. Go to literally any other business to print stuff.

Please read the reviews before you go to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else because it will save your time. Ordered 200 cards for my mom’s celebration party and when it was suppose to be done, it wasn’t. Went back another day and the cards were printed so that was good. Upon pick up, they said they were out of envelopes and they had “shipment” in the back that they didn’t go through yet but will call me later that weekend to pick up. One week goes by and I didn’t hear a call, so I call back. Supervisor stated that they didn’t get it last week and will get it this weekend and will let me know. Another few days goes by so I call and requested a refund because all these supervisors lied to me. One male manager stated that he started the refund process and I’ll get my money back…a week later I didn’t get my refund. I called back and spoke to a female manager who stated that the male manager no longer works there so she will do the refund. Weeks go by and no refund. Please just spend your money somewhere else because this store does not care for the customers.

I must admit, it's been years since I've been to a Staples... I needed some items printed that my in-home printer couldn't handle, so I placed an online order. The ordering process was very simple, and the items were ready hours before the original pick-up time. The quality of the items were great. The person helping me was friendly and quick, which made the experience very enjoyable. I was surprised to see all different items they can print! For a reasonable price, they'll print posters, invites, business cards, and more.

I order for business cards for the next day pick up they called me a day later, saying that their machine has been broken for three months and they are unable to make the cards for me. They said they will order the cards through a different location. They told me three days it should be here three days has passed, and now I am empty-handed with no business cards that I needed for a Event won’t ever use their service again do not recommend save yourself the headache and order from a different business!!

I have been increasingly disappointed with their Ipostal mail department. Today, they were the most unorganized group of people/ system I have EVER experienced. Why the nasty review. . . because they "lost" an item I had delivered to my mailbox. Maybe I should have just went with the Amazon lockers instead. Actually that's exactly what I'm going to do from on. After you find my item, Staples, you will not have to interact with me again.UPDATE: Went back try again, less crazy in the store. Found my Amazon package. Thank you!! Still won't go back or recommend this store for anything. I will also be moving my mail delivery service elsewhere

If you can’t full a customer’s order, the least you can do is contact them to tell them. Instead of waiting for them to pick up their order, open the bag, and discover for themselves that you ran out of 5x7 envelopes.Had I not checked before I left the store, no one would have even told me that I was leaving with 100 graduation invites and ZERO envelopes.Terrible service.

Today we drove 35 miles to drop off our old printer to be recycled and when we got there we were told they were not taking any more recycling. The man at the front check out told us to come back another day. I guess I will not be buying my new printer there either.
