Loss prevention and other employees at self checkout very clearly profile individuals based on color or those who appear to be of lower economic status. I’m going to start taking pictures every time I notice it. It’s awful

This target in particular makes it seem like you can order groceries online but their fridges have always been full which they let you know after you have finished ordering everything online. I’ll take down the review when they make online grocery shopping actually possible. 1 month later this is still not the case. Lowering to 1 star. Bring back democratic practices such as DEI otherwise I’m leaving it 1 star.

Have been a loyal customer because Target is local and had been on board with diversity expansion. Not anymore, so I will shop elsewhere.

Stopped in to grab a can of endust to clean may keyboard and fans and out of stock. The slotting (in Aisle B3) was confusing as Target should simply identify it as an Endcap. As for price competitiveness, it is more expensive than Walmart, yet cheaper than Cub Foods. It is a very large store and is overall cleaner than most Walmarts and Cub Foods. I did receive an email from Target reaching out to me which I felt was positive customer service.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your store due to the poor service provided by Mason, the team leader. I had already paid for an item via the app, which showed it as in stock. An electronics associate, who was very helpful, had pulled the item for me. However, Mason refused to release it.
Mason was condescending and dismissive towards the electronics associate who sought his assistance, even ignoring him for about 100 feet. Mason then instructed me to go to customer service, where he informed me that I couldn't have the item despite it being available at the electronics counter.
His condescending attitude and lack of customer service skills were so off-putting that I had to leave without further engagement. Adding to the frustration, I later received a notification that my item was out of stock, which was clearly not the case as I had seen it myself.
Mason's behavior towards both customers and his team is unacceptable and detracts significantly from the store experience.

A few things have changed over the last year that impact the quality of these location. (1) It is low staffed - 2 cashiers generally with self checkout limited to 10 items and the deli had no chicken between 4-7pm on July 28th at 4:45pm... I had to go to culvers to get chicken for my salad that was needed at a dinner set for 5:30pm. No vouchers were present for a free chicken next time even though it is guaranteed., (2) The plastic bags are way too thin now. My items poke holes through the bag quickly when moving the bags to and from the car, and (3) I have had multiple drive ups where the produce and cans are banged up/ there clearly isn't a quality check and customers generally don't check till they are home.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever! Every time I try and pick up my husband or my prescription there is a long line. Half the time they don’t have mine in stock and have no idea when they will get it. ? Uhg!!!

5 stars as soon as they stop limiting the self checkout to 10 items. I have social anxiety and when I need to run to target I don't wanna talk to anyone. If I have 26, 32, 54, etc items I can get through the self checkout faster than waiting in the lines for the regular registers.

Today my cashier Barbara was very nice and did an amazing job organizing and bagging ny groceries instead of just throwing them in a bag! Very very pleased! Great job and keep up the good work!!

I'm giving it 4 stars only because the store itself is good and well stocked, but their Drive Up service is terrible. Even when it isn't busy (3-5 cars waiting) and your order may be just one bag, expect to wait 10-15 min at least. Good for shopping in-store but not Drive Up.

I am a vendor and everytime I try to call the they never answer the phone no matter what time I call. This is one the worst Targets I have ever dealt with.

Ordering online at Target is very convenient. You can easily check product availability, switch to another store if needed, and the drive-up option is excellent. I've taken advantage of great Target specials, feeling that I save both money and time. No need to run to multiple stores due to items being out of stock. There's no requirement to select a time window, unlike other stores – the order is ready in two hours or even faster. Even if I do go to the store, it's always clean with a sufficient number of friendly, smiling, and welcoming staff. Absolutely best store in Twin Cities ?
