My daughter's cell phone went missing inside this Target today and Natalie in customer service was the hero! We searched the store for over 30 minutes retracing out steps and attempting to track it's "moving" location using my iphone. In the end Natalie was able to find the phone. She provided caring customer support throughout the whole ordeal. She's an exceptional team member. Thanks, Natalie!

As of the last few months, this Target seems to be failing on multiple fronts.... many aisles not stocked, drive up delivery with 20 minute waits and a manager who could care the less. The DEI ordeal was the frosting on the cake ...all combined, time to cancel the Red card...

Only one open and working fitting room area (for many months now so I’m not sure if they are redoing it or just never using it again at this point) which makes it very frustrating since they don’t have anybody ever monitoring the fitting rooms so you always have to find someone if you need one. They usually can be found all full though because since nobody monitors anything, people will try on 20 articles of clothing and take 45 minutes in a dressing room to the point where I left the store without making a purchase. The one time there was anybody actually working near the fitting room it was a group of 3 teenage/ young adult girls hanging out in the back area of it, having a very loud gossip session, that time as well, I left without making a purchase because I felt super uncomfortable even going up to ask to open a room for me since they were busy with social hour.

Anne and Megan (name..? but a manager) at the Return desk are superheroes! Kind, patient and so knowledgeable in handing a complicated post-Christmas return! They made my day!!!

Waited well over 30 minutes for a drive up order even used The app and said that I was on my way 20 minutes before I got here and now multiple cars that have pulled up after me have received their order. It’s literally the busy season and seems like they only have one maybe 2 people doing order pickup. Really bad management.

Every single self checkout us 10 items or less. This is easily the worst Target in the area.

I like to run into the smaller Targets to pick up groceries. What I don’t like is not having the option of plastic or paper bags like the Super Target.

Every trip to Target is always a good one!
Returns and in store pick-ups are always easy and convenient.
The clothing for women has improved a lot!
I can always find a cute outfit for my granddaughter.
The Ridgedale store is always stocked well and kept organized.
