Great experience at this store. Very helpful customer service and they made me excited about buying my new bag. I personalized it with my initials and was extremely pleased. I used to buy coach bags but since coming to Tumi in ridgedale mall. I will never go back to coach. Thanks Guys.

Tumi RIDGEDALE is where you'll want to go for all your Tumi needs. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They spend all the time you need to make the right purchase. Do yourself a favor and ask if Linda happens to be working that day - she's the woman who helped me and was AMAZING!
