This location is a great. I have used them multiple times over the years and they always have enough trucks on-hand and the check-in and check-out process is quick. Theresa is amazing as well. Would highly recommend this Uhaul location for anyone in the southwest metro as the go-to spot.

Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! The person helping us hitched up the trailer and clearly explained how to unhook it once we reach our final destination at a different location. The trailer pulled smoothly once it was filled and handled traveling at higher speeds on the interstate.

Great experience with trailer rental - quick in and out.
The lot might be tight for some of the folks who's not comfortable towing or towing a bigger trailer.

Michael and Matt did a great job in fixing a noisy hitch and muffler issue when other installers said there was nothing they could do about it. So grateful that I now have a much quieter ride:) Great attention to detail and problem solving! Check them out for your moving and needs and hitch installations.

Good prices, courteous staff, the windshield washer fluid has been always replenished a d the squeegee/sponges are replaced often before they get ugly and useless. I always had good experience fueling here. My brother sometimes rent U-Haul too.

Poor customer service. They sell gas as well and even though I fill the tank until it clicked the guy there tild me it was not filled and charged me extra fee. Try a different location, not recommended!

We rented from here again because of their excellent customer service and knowledge. They met us at the truck to say hello when we returned the truck. That has not happened at other u-haul dealers. I recommend this u-haul dealer.

There seems to be mixed reviews about this location, but I wanted to share that I had a very good rental experience. The staff were all really friendly with me, with each other and with the other customers. They were thorough too. They made sure the trailer was in good condition and that it was safely connected. The property is situated on a corner, so they need to make a lot of things work with the space, but they do. I would have no concerns about going back for future rental needs.In closing, the equipment ultimately handled its journey out of state as expected.
