DO NOT BRING YOUR PACKAGES HERE UNLESS U WANT THEM LOST/STOLEN. i brought an item to be packed and shipped, went a week with no shipping updates, went in to ask questions about it and was abruptly shut down by the clerk. the tall ginger guy is rude and not helpful in the slightest. will never return, let alone use ups for any shipping in the future. WHATTA JOKE

This facility was 10/10. CC helped me out, went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and made my day (it’s Xmas eve today). I got to watch her help a bunch of other customers and I was so incredibly impressed. She’s organized, professional, friendly, and outstandingly efficient. CC deserved a raise, a promotion and a Christmas bonus.

Jennifer & UPS was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding printing. She patiently walked me through all my options for invitations, printed samples so I could compare different paper types, and turned things around super quick. Pricing was very reasonable, particularly for the added benefit of seeing samples (free of charge!) and getting to talk 1:1 with an expert. She also helped us print signage. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer & UPS Mtka for your wedding printing needs!

There is a young woman in this store who is always angry and showing attitude even when the store is empty. Feels like she hates her job and anybody who enters the store to ask her for a service!

I needed a poster printed. I thought it would be simple. CC and Jennifer helped me, saying it would be blurry if printed as is. They told me what I needed. When I got home they had emailed me with another idea. When I sent that to them, they followed up confirming what I wanted.
I didn’t meet Jennifer in person but appreciate what she did. CC was delightful to work with! They both showed care and professionalism for a small order. I will highly recommend this store to others.

Cc and Jennifer Rock. I was referred to Jennifer to do a flyer for me and she brought my vision to life. I had originally was trying to use another company that just didn't see my vision. I sent it to Jennifer and I promise in less then 2 hrs I had a draft I loved with no changes needing to be made. It was perfect. Fye I'm in another state ❤️
