Banker moved all the funds in my Elite Money Market account with a 3.85% to my checking account and closed the Elite Money Market savings account with the intention of opening a new one with their advertised 4.50% rate. It was then that he realized I not only couldn't get the advertised 4.50%, but he couldn't even get my old rate either due to their "personalized rates". So all my money sat for 6 days earning zero interest until they come back and tell me there's nothing they can do...unless I am able to add an additional 10k to the balance...then they'd be able to try getting an exception, but even that isn't a guarantee.This is how US Bank treats customers of over 30 years. Very unfair and shady business practices. My money is worth just the same as anyone else's money, so clearly I am not as valuable as any other human walking around. Loyalty is a two-way street and US Bank is showing me zilch. Go somewhere else.

I love US Bank! I got my debit card at this location and the banker was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and settled me into the US Bank app. He taught me how to get help through the US Bank app, and he gave us his card in case we had any future issues. It was very reliable and quick service and I appreciate the help that I received.

I have banked with US Bank for many years and never had any issues until I used this branch. I made a weekly business deposit and a couple of weeks later was sent a notice of adjustment. Upon investigation it appears the branch lost two checks and reduced my deposit. When I went to the branch to follow up the teller was unhelpful and could not give me a reason for the missing checks. She told me her manager would call and sort it out with me. I was never contacted and the matter has remained unresolved. I will avoid the branch in the future and continue to bank in Golden Valley or Robbinsdale.

Austin at this bank is a great asset. He is helpful, fast, and goes above and beyond. He made opening an account fast and easy. The branch has also always been fast and helpful. Hope to use them for years to come.

If I could give a negative rating I would! I have NEVER had good service here. I have had three accounts here in the past. I was raped of my funds and I was told by banker to close my accounts. I tried to cash a savings bond today and the teller told me I couldn't cash it there because I didn't have an account. I went on-line and found out with two forms of ID which I had at the time, that ANY bank could cash a saving bond less then $1,000. When I called back, I was talking with banker, that NO idea how to cash a savings bond so he transferred me to a teller that NEVER picked up the phone. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE Well Fargo had no issues. In and out no problems.

Easy to use drive up and ATMs. ATM needs a good cleaning though. Staff is friendly and helpful.
