We had the best experience with Rebecca. We messed up our appointment day and she still met with us for over an hour. She was so friendly and took time to get to know us.. we never felt rushed.
One of their employees also stopped to help us when we first walked in even tho he was off the clock and leaving for the day.
Those little things go a long with way!

Do not come here if you are in any type of hurry or and on a schedule! I promise you Iv been coming here a year straight! It is the slowest drive-thru in America and this is not funny or a hate message. I enjoy the staff but the are ridiculously slow!!!!

I would be careful opening any account with this bank within 3 days of me opening a business account I received a massive increase in spam calls for my business asking for my name and funding and lending I can't guarantee they do but it seems very coincidental that it happened so soon immediately when I open the account with this bank

I have been cashing a check for several years for my PCA homecare client. He is very lucid, and able to make his own money decisions. I am not a customer at this bank, but he has been for many years. They normally do not charge a non-customer fee, which I would have willingly paid if that option had been offered to me.Instead, the banker, Antonio, almost did not cash the check at all, even though they have my information clearly in their banking system. He did not listen to my explanation either, and said I needed a power of attorney in order to do this in the future.He finally cashed it when I asked for Kyle, who we normally deal with, but who was apparently in a meeting, and I told him my home care client would be calling to discuss it with Kyle, which he did a few minutes later. I guess the "meeting" ended. They clearly do not value their customer base, with the exception of Kyle. I would keep my money in a mattress before using US Bank for myself.Incidentally, Antonio did not even have me endorse the check. Both rude and inefficient. He told me he was attempting to "protect me." Not sure from what.

I've banked at this location for almost 15 years. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Branch manager Kyle went above and beyond assisting me this week, I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely no respect for customers. I had my checking account for less than a week. I try to log into my online banking on a saturday afternoon, it says there is a problem on their end and to call them. Come to find out the branch manager kyle went and shut down my card, locked me out of my accounts and left for the weekend because he thought a check looked suspicious. Not one single phone call or email to let me know I am not going to have access to my money for the entire weekend. Monday rolls around and I try to call the branch, finally picks up and tells me the manager is on vacation for an entire week and is the only one who could release my stuff and the suspension doesn't expire for another week and a half. REFUSED to give me my money for 2 weeks. I called every single branch in Minnesota and only 1 branch picked up. I also called customer service and they flat out told me to that the branches don't ever answer their phones and that they all just say the branch is closed when it actually is not. This is one of the worst banks I have ever encountered and I am disgusted they would treat a customer like this. I am closing out my accounts as soon as I can and telling everyone to never go here because I have never encountered this much disrespect in my life.

Not sure what happened in the past, but I go to this bank almost daily. Everyone has treated me with respect and Kyle the branch manager is quite good at his job. You can tell he hires excellent employees. Antonio is a legend. He is the most upbeat, yet down to earth person I've met on the other end of a counter. Incredible people skills from the staff.

Avoid this ATM at all costs; as it frequently has issuers. It took my money & card and shut down. Bank tellers were of no help & hung up on me. Atm didn’t print receipt and now I have to appeals

I needed to get help from a banker to connect my accounts to automatically transfer data to quickbooks. I made an Appt online for the next day. They emailed me with a confirmation and a name of a banker. I show up but the person is not in yet, so they sit me down with a different banker. He actually knew less about the process than I did. This is unacceptable in and of itself. Next he calls online banking, just like I would from home but wanted hands on help. He proceeds to ask questions and then hands the phone to me to get my task done. As we are going thru the process the online person tells me there is a $11 monthly fee for the service of getting my own data. Now I have banked with you for years and have a significant amount of money with you. No waiving of the fee. It's up to the bank manager, who the banker checks with and he says no, without even looking at me much less greeting me. This is the worst service ever. What happened to banks? Very sad and motivating to find a personal bank who cares about its customers. So much for service guarantee!!

They have terrible policies they treat new customers like crap. I opened up a checking account online read the fine print (did not memorize it) was not aware that my funds would not be available for 5 business days I also was not available that I can only deposit $200 and up to $400 per week through the mobile app. I have rent to pay I went into the local branch to see if it would work with me they would not. simply because my account is not 30 days old or more. I told him that the check would for sure clear they said it's not a matter of the check you deposited clearing it's just Bank policy there's no way around it. Clearly they only care about wealthy long-term customers and not lower-income new customers. I will be closing my account as soon as I get my funds. Thanks to them I will have to pay an additional $100 for rent
