First time here and unbelievably rude experience. Staffed greeted me then proceeded to help the guy who entered the facility behind me, allowed him to cut me off in line checked him out and just chatted with him. Post Office had just opened at 9am so it wasn’t like he was helped earlier and needed a quick check out, no line. Felt absolutely invisible.

I have been going to this location for years. One thing that has stayed the same is Mark. He still has the social skills of a rock. Never says anything to acknowledge me (the customer). I’m consistently the first one who has to do the greeting. I’m consistently the only one that says “thank you” after a transaction is complete only for Mark to just stand there and say absolutely nothing. I wonder what would happen if one time I just tried going up to the counter and waited to see if he finally said anything first you know like actually utilized some customer service skills, or if he would just stand there with his emotionless look on his face and continue to make every interaction uncomfortable, unpleasant and as unfriendly as possible as he does EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I don’t even know where to begin with the absolute incompetence that runs rampant throughout this post office. My package was at this post office for 3 days. I went two different days to get it, yet they were unwilling to get it because it involved them doing more than typing on a computer. Which one guy didn’t even do. I received a call from Mike today saying, yeah it was here, it’s big, now it’s not, bye. Well that was so wonderfully helpful, it makes me so glad I wasted 45 minutes on the phone trying to get you to call me, because you guys can’t answer a phone. Also, it is big, which is why I wanted to grab it because clearly you do not care and I don’t want you damaging it more than I’m sure you already have. 4 days now, and no one can tell me where it is.
