“This is the best damn vape shop I have ever been -- and it is mostly because of the staff. They are so incredibly helpful and I never felt judged if I have a question. My husband, who doesn't vape but picks up my Coastal Cloud Menthol juice, also finds the guys really great to interact with! This blue-haired social worker wants to thank them for being so awesome. “Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”

“I absolutely love this location!!!! The staff has been very friendly each time I've come here. It has everything that I'm looking for when I come to a smoke shop which is good. Plus for some reason they have a freezer that sells shrimp?!?! Wtf?!? Right? Lol. I asked about it and they said people buy it all the time. I'm from Las Vegas and I have never seen a smoke shop selling shrimp but if it works go for it lol. Anyways I highly recommend anyone that needs this type of stuff to stop by and check out this location”

“Today 6/22/2026
I walked into the store as I have many other days, I started looking at the vapes I heard someone approaching from the back I said Good Morning without looking, no response I looked up this guy wearing suspenders standing looking a me with a frown on his face I said again good morning he said what do want because my time means nothing! I said I’m sorry I’m I interrupting something he said yea my time we don’t open until another 15 minutes, (it was 9:45am) I said I’m sorry I didn’t know why didn’t you have the door locked he rolled his eyes and said because I open the doors when I come In, what do you want? I said not a damn thing your rude! I have been here many of times and was never treated like this, he hunched his shoulders and I left! Everyone one else was very nice! This guy was Such a mean man! Like dude do you know it’s vape stores on every corner.. I was in the store for not even a minute.

I would like to thank Tom for finding the time to finding my number calling and apologizing and also brought a punch card to my job so I can save money on future purchases : ) from the beginning I said I have never felt uncomfortable in this business until that day.
