Manager who greets and manages appointments is perhaps one of the most unemphatic and uncaring individuals I have had the pleasure of speaking with in retail in a long time.
I came in not looking to spend a lot of money, I just wanted my phone to work again as it stopped working through no fault of my own. Come to find out, the Ultimate (the top plan) doesn't really give you access to any great deals, it just makes your phone tradeable credit higher. You're still walking out of there spending hundreds of dollars.
So instead of that then, I tried to take advantage of my Verizon Mobile Protection plan and this is where everything goes off the rails. As soon as I wasn't spending money, my treatment by this store became incredibly poor. No one could really help me file a claim, because it required an app. And that app requires you to have access to your phone number, which I don't have, since my phone was dead. But they were insistent that this is the process, there is no other way to help me. Luckily I brought an ipad and we found a way to get myself access to this Tech Coach app they told me I had to use to file a claim.
Except then the app said they couldn't process my claim and to call a phone number. So we called a phone number. And then the Verizon employee who was saying with me watched as the people on the phone number for this Tech Coach app hung up on me. Still no one was really willing to help me themselves, they just wanted to continue to get me to someone ELSE to help me instead.
So I was told to go to a UBreakIFix store, which is run by the same people who run their protection plan (Asurion). They assure me that they will not only file the claim for me in person, they will also get me a loaner phone and that is apart of the plan coverage. Well I arrive there and they look at me like I'm crazy: they dont do loaners for Verizon and they don't process claims in their location. I have to go through the app. There is no other way.
So I had to drive BACK to this Verizon store, very upset. Talked with the manager, the person who checks you in. Man wears jeans with patches and holes in them, untied shoelaces, and is the most unemphatic manager I've ever spoken with. At this point, it's been five hours of me dealing with this issue and this store. I tell him everything and how everyone has essentially just tried to offshore taking care of me and that it needs to end, I need to be taken care of now. Some how.
It is then revealed to me that this entire time they could have overnighted a phone to me from the store itself. This entire time. There was no need for hours upon hours of putting me off to a corner so you could help other customers while I dealt with your horrible tech and protection reps on the phone, your app, and sending me to another place that in the end said they never did the things you say they could do.
Take care of your customers. Don't throw us around. I've been with Verizon since the mid 2000s and to be treated like this? I'm going to start shopping for another service provider.

Don’t trust anything the employees at this location tell you. Brought in my old phone to simply drop it off in order to receive my promotional trade in. Instead of processing the trade in, the employee canceled it. When I questioned it in the store she said it was fine and I was good to go. I asked for a receipt to prove I dropped off my phone and she couldn’t give me one.
The manager then said it needed to be reprocessed but to get it done sooner I could call the loyalty number. I again asked for a receipt and was given an email stating I only received $41 for my old phone, instead of the $830 for the promotion. When I questioned this the manager again told me it was correct and would be resolved by calling the number.
I then called the loyalty number and the nice representative told me that was absolutely incorrect, that they should not have my old phone as it was not processed correctly, and there was nothing she could do since THEY canceled my promotional trade in.
Ended up getting this resolved with the very nice manager in Woodbury. Based on reviews, looks like another customer had a similar experience as me only a few days prior with the same managers. Avoid this location. They turned a simple drop off of my phone into a 4 hour issue that they themselves never resolved and continued to sweep under the rug.

Manager Cory was extremely dishonest starting on 3/17/2025 . On 3/20/2025 Manger Rees was not helpful as well. My bill is reflecting $578 and I was told that , they would apply the credit’s necessary per quote presented by Verizon specialist Jasper. They were extremely deflective to the matter at hand. Stating “ reach out to loyalty program” Cory was supposed to apply credits on my account back 3/17/2025 and he never did. I already paid $390 after just signing up with Verizon on 02/27/2025 . Conveniently enough, he (Corey) had a “meeting” after seeing me walk in the store. The only sufficient assistance i received was from the representative i talked to on 1 (800) 392-0717 for 1 hour and 2 minutes, she was able to help me as best a possible. I’m extremely shocked that these managers, were so deflective in assisting a customer and I wasted my time waiting in line . Terrible customer service and terrible management at this location.

I was instructed by an online Verizon agent to come to this store in order to get help. A large bald man with glasses said he couldn’t help and I would have to call Verizon Customer Service. When I told him it was customer service who sent me to this store he laughed, dialed up customer service on my phone and walked away.
It was very evident that since there was no monetary benefit to helping me he had no interest. The man quickly went on to selling phone lines and having friendly conversations at the same table with different customers while we sat on phone for over hour and a half with customer service. I had to leave the store without my problem solved.
Worst customer experience I have had in quite a while. I would highly recommend avoiding this store and continuing to redial Verizon Customer Service until you get someone who cares.

Graham the manager today handled the busy customer appts, so professionally. Got me checked in right away. With the wait, he helped me do my trade-in 2 minutes (I had already started on my new phone, just returning the old phone) between multiple other customers and got me on my way. This place is the definition of a busy, successful Verizon store.

I had a great experience with Graham at Verizon. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Graham made the process smooth and easy, ensuring I left with exactly what I needed. Highly recommend his service! I went in looking to upgrade my phone and left with a few key changes to our plan, an upgraded phone, upgraded Apple Watch and upgraded Apple Ipad. Graham really advocated for me and helped me update all of my key technology tools all at a reasonable price. Make sure you ask for Graham when you go into Verizon!

Cody was the best person I have ever worked with at this location. We haven’t ever had such a positive experience, he was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we had. We had to add an phone to our account and he made it a seamless experience.

I don't often write reviews, but this is one of the least helpful businesses I've ever had the displeasure of wasting my time in.
I recently switched to Verizon, and went to trade in my old phone to this store so I can get a bill credit with their promo currently going on. After about 30 minutes of the employee trying to do the trade in later, due to a supposed weird glitch in their system, they were not able to complete the trade in the first time I visited, and they told me to come back in a couple weeks and try again. Before I left the store, they gave me a sales pitch about all the add-ons I can get with my plan, which I found fairly obtuse given you just wasted my time.
A couple weeks later, I return to the store to start the trade in process again. This time, the employee encounters this "weird glitch" again, and instead of being able to help me directly or get his manager to assist, he has me on a phone call with the Verizon help desk. Why do I need to call the help desk when I am literally inside a Verizon store?? After 20 minutes of trying, the first employee on the phone was unable to assist, and hung up. Then, the in-store employee puts me on ANOTHER phone call with a new help desk rep to try the process over again. To top it off, the in-store employee that was "assisting" me just left me partway through the 2nd call.
After the 2nd call finished, I got up and left the store. Not a single employee asked me if my problem had been solved on my way out, or even apologized for not being able to solve my problem. It's safe to say I won't bother returning here and I will not be staying with Verizon after my contract ends.
TL;DR: This location can't help you with anything - they just make you call their customer service line. Don't waste your time even coming in.

You want to meet with Graham for your cellphone needs. Not only does he know the plan that’s best for you, he is technically en pointe. He knows how to diagnose and fix your phone if necessary.
The best of two worlds.

Staff is usually friendly when I have had to go there. Some staff can be a smidge pushy trying to sell you what you don't need. It's their job and so I do understand some.
